In providing value added services
Hyperlink the e-Resources with the library e – reference resources such as e-books and e-journals as well as with the web-based open-access resources
Designing the integrated web portal to provide friendly access of scholarly e-resources with efficient browsing and research abilities.
Organize e-literacy programs to develop e-learning information search skills
acquisition of core e-collection, especially that is recommended by e-learning initiative
Promotion of library e-services to the virtual e –learning community; and prompt document delivery and outreach services via electronic transmission & efficient helpful

Conclusion
The effect of the implementation of the LMS in UIT, showed that the Learning Management System has widely used and will continue to growing in UIT.
It is not only limited online environment, but also hybrid and web-enhanced teaching and learning environment.
LMS to facilitate interaction enhance learning abilities and support systematic learning, including problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
Though LMS has been proven as beneficial to student learning environment.
Moodle is sufficient and successful to deliver the lecture notes and interaction which exists in a “real” class room environment
