With programmable, digital money, our platform enables businesses and developers to build global, smart-contract solutions and modules that can interact with each other, while providing a service that lowers transaction fees to near zero.

This allows for businesses to save up to 80% on the management of their payments and for foreign workers to transfer money safely, instantly and globally, virtually without cost. The latter will help in solving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #10 which is important to ARYZE.

Offers storage and transfer of Digital Cash in various currencies in mobile wallet. Enables app developers to create customized extensions for our modular marketplace. A gateway to traditional financial services and blockchain-based assets. Allows e-commerce, Virtual/Physical Debit Card integrations.

RYZEnet API Integration for third party financial services

Corporate entities will be able to access RYZEnet through familiar and straightforward APIs. Dependent on the user role, different functionality is available from the API. For corporate clients, RYZEnet will be available for trade finance operations, treasury management and a variety of financial services.

Business and Revenue Generation Model

Revenues are generated from deposit interest, foreign exchange currency spreads, developer’s licenses, premium business subscriptions, as well as substantial earnings from white-label enterprise solutions.

Investment Opportunity

The ARYZE Security Token Offering (STO) is a dual tranche (US/EU) regulated offering of RYZE tokens for professional investors - RYZE tokens are separate from our Digital Cash products. Our target is $29 million. When a dollar is earned, 50% goes to ARYZE. The other 50% goes towards purchasing RYZE tokens back from the open market, which are subsequently destroyed - somewhat similar to a corporate share repurchase program, where fewer tokens share a portion of the future revenue being generated. The Team

The ARYZE team consists of financial technology and banking experts, with the managing team comprised of Jack Nikogosian (CEO) and Morten Nielsen (CFO). Nikogosian has, throughout his career, been heavily involved with various blockchain payment solutions and is widely known as one of the principal blockchain experts in Scandinavia. Nielsen is former Head of Global Hedge Fund Derivative Marketing at UBS, with six years prior experience in senior positions at JP Morgan in London. The remainder of the current team consists of communications, marketing, finance, ledger technology, and product development specialists from a wide variety of backgrounds.
