Event Objectives:To create a successful Queensland-based networking and fundraising event to meet, and exceed, the expectations of all stakeholders and attendees. In turn, the event will be:- An exceptional industry networking day- A fundraiser for homeless children and youth via the
Property Industry Foundation- An attractive and appealing boutique ride for an
exclusive, capped-number senior group within the property industry; based upon invitation only to industry leaders
- An ongoing annual event
Competitive Analysis:The current mass participation ride events calendar is near-saturated. The key points of difference that will achieve success are:- Networking opportunities for the Property Industry- Boutique ride for small, exclusive capped group (125)- Alignment with Property Industry Foundation objectives - Execution, location and timing Event Model:- Attendance is capped and by targeted invitation only- The ride is a week day event starting and finishing at
Sirromet Winery- The event will include fully-supported 50km and 70km
ride options, including some challenging terrain, followed by a lunch, networking and fundraising efforts
- A ride with ‘pro-tour’ type support, together with an ‘Event Village’, moto-scouts, professional support vehicles, feed stations, nutrition, marshals and finishing gantry
- Rider with local pro riders and cycling celebrities- A single timed climb, and awards for each KOM/QOM

Sponsorship Proposal
Event Objectives:To create a successful Queensland-based networking and fundraising event to meet, and exceed, the expectations of all stakeholders and attendees. In turn, the event will be:- An exceptional industry networking day- A fundraiser for homeless children and youth via the
Property Industry Foundation- An attractive and appealing boutique ride for an
exclusive, capped-number senior group within the property industry; based upon invitation only to industry leaders
- An ongoing annual event
Competitive Analysis:The current mass participation ride events calendar is near-saturated. The key points of difference that will achieve success are:- Networking opportunities for the Property Industry- Boutique ride for small, exclusive capped group (125)- Alignment with Property Industry Foundation objectives - Execution, location and timing Event Model:- Attendance is capped and by targeted invitation only- The ride is a week day event starting and finishing at
Sirromet Winery- The event will include fully-supported 50km and 70km
ride options, including some challenging terrain, followed by a lunch, networking and fundraising efforts
- A ride with ‘pro-tour’ type support, together with an ‘Event Village’, moto-scouts, professional support vehicles, feed stations, nutrition, marshals and finishing gantry
- Rider with local pro riders and cycling celebrities- A single timed climb, and awards for each KOM/QOM
Outcomes:- Successful and popular event with increased demand

Date:A week day best suits this type of event and our target audience. Friday has been identified as the more appropriate day of the week.

The day will begin at a civilised hour: - Pastries, coffee, marketing media and photography in
the Event Village from 7:45am- Rider briefing and roll-out 8:50am for 9:00am
Followed by lunch:- Delicious, hearty food, beverages, further networking
opportunities, speeches and presentations from ~1:30pm and throughout the afternoon
Venue: Located south of Brisbane’s CBD, the Sirromet Winery provides a great and pictuesque base; ample event space and parking, and wonderful catering.
