Update Analisa is now taking care of her 9 months old
male infant named as ‘Mas’. She is often seen at
the main feeding area. She is fit with a good
appetite. Mas (Male infant of Analisa) is only 9
months old now but he starts to stay away from the
mother, Analisa. He is still on breast feeding.

mother, Minah. At the age of 4, Jubilee
started to move quite far from the
mother. This baby orangutan is very

chicken eggs. She is uncomfortable with the
presence of other female orangutans. She
will immediately chase them if she see any
female orangutans nearby. All the other
female orangutans are afraid of her and will
move away before they are troubled my
Minah. She is a protective mother. Minah is
seen healthy and fit.

Update Ritchie is still the alpha male of Semenggoh
Wildlife Centre. He is still fit and strong. He
despises Edwin, another adult male. He
prefers to be fed in quiet environment (after
office hours) and takes food from the animal
food preparation kitchen instead of feeding
platform. His lips appeared to be injured
due to his aggressiveness.

Ruby. Nowadays, Saddam lets Ruby to pick

Update Selina is the youngest mother orangutan.
She is taking care of her 8 months male
infant, named ‘Nan’. She showed a good
trait of a new young mother just like her
late mother, Delima. She looks fit with a
good appetite. Baby Nan is the youngest
orangutan at Semenggoh Nature Reserve.
Baby Nan is still on breast-feed and looks
healthy.
