The lighting control panel analogue DTD controller is designed to be operated using three sections. The top section provides: power indication, a lock switch for securing lighting programmes and selector switch. The centre section contains: channel displays, display Adjusters and 24-hour time clock. The bottom section provides the channel output manual/auto select controls. Additionally, there is also a lockable master switch.

1.0 Power Hub to Control Panel Connections

1.1 Power Hub 0/10V wires from the dimmer connections, are connected inside the analogue panel as shown in figure 2. Make sure to observe the correct polarity and channels between the hub/dimmer and analogue control panel.

1.2 Live, Neutral and Earth and 0/10V connections are as indicated.

2.0 Setting Fade In, Intensity and Fade Out

2.1 Turn the system on.

2.2 Insert key into “settings lock” and turn to “set”.

2.3 Select the desired setting using the “selector switch”.

2.4 When the desired setting is selected use the “channel Adjuster” for the correct channel; then depending on the chosen setting, increase or decrease either the duration of fade in or fade out and/or the desired light intensity as a percentage of total light potential.

2.5 Once the desired settings have been established, they will be controlled by the settings of the “24-hour time clock”. The time clock is covered in section 3.0 of this manual.

2.6 Turn the “settings lock” key to system run for the settings to be enacted by the analogue controller. Then remove the key so these settings are secure. The display will show an ‘r’ next to the brilliance setting to indicate the analogue controller is in ‘Run’.

*Please use this method for channel 1 and channel 2, using left and right controls respectively.

3.0 Programming a 24hr lighting cycle

3.1 Remove the protective “24-hour time clock” cover.

3.2 Check the “24-hour time clock” is set to the correct time of day by turning the clock selector section clockwise, with the current time indicated using the arrow located on the bottom right.

3.3 Using your finger, push the selectors outward to select the time you wish the analogue DTD controller to begin the fade in, lights on, at stated percentage and fade out, lights off, process as established in section 2.0. The time and duration selected is clearly indicated by red band, as shown in figure 3. Please remember to give suitable duration for your fade duration to run.

3.4 If desired, reduce or remove duration(s) by pushing the selector inward, hiding the red band indicators.

3.5 Once the 24-hour cycle has been selected please remember to replace the protective cover.

3.6 When complete turn the “channel output control” in the bottom section of the control panel to “auto” for the pin clock settings to be enacted.

* Switch to “off” to disable the “24 hour time clock” settings being used for that channel.

4.0 Overriding the 24hr lighting cycle

4.1 Using the “channel output controls” at the bottom of the lighting control panel, switch the desired channel(s) to “hand”.

4.2 Use the “dimmer” to the left, for setting the desired light intensity manually.

4.3 Switch back to “off” to stop power to that channel or to “auto” for the “24-hour time clock”settings to resume.
