This price is really maxing out the market and would include all furnishings as aturn key holiday home. Ideally I like to see it below $400,000. One thing is forcertain...your property will be worth less in 6 months than it is today. Propertiesvalues are still declining and will be for a while. We are in a 5-10 year cycle in myopinion. If you need to sell then you need to price it right and get it done. If youdon't need to sell then take it off the market. The longer it sits on the market theless it becomes worth. 5 years is just incredible. Have agents been being straightwith you? If not then shame on them.
