Key Responsibilities Team members work closely with firm partners and each other in a highly collaborative environment, and we all expect each team member to take initiative and have pride of ownership in his/her part. In particular, Analyst will: • Provide support to partners of Blue Garnet, with an opportunity to shadow partners in meetings to learn about managing a firm and the consulting industry, while giving leverage through follow-through and creative problem solving • Support client engagements with research, analysis and coordination, including working collaboratively with project team members to accomplish objectives o Ownership of individual work streams – Including hypothesis generation, quantitative and qualitative data-gathering and analysis, information synthesis and insight and output development. o Integrating and supporting overall client process – Working with partner/project manager to plan and execute process to meet project milestones and deliverables. • Help develop and execute key operations for our triple bottom-line firm o Take an active role in firm marketing and communications to help the firm meet its three marketing objectives. Role includes support customer relationship management system, brand identity and presence, thought leadership and social media, marketing collateral and website o Support business development for efficient and effective interactions with potential clients and partners. Work with partners to design and operationalize other business processes including performance reporting and knowledge management o Facilitate smooth running of firm’s office via administrative activities and coordination o Contribute to building our team and firm culture o Responsible for and discrete with confidential and time sensitive material
