Useful Functions

MAX(C1,C2) – Take the maximum value from Column 1 or Column 2

MIN(C1,C2) – Take the minimum value from Column 1 or Column 2

SUM(C2...C12) – Add the value in Columns 2 to 12 inclusive

TRU(C1,C2) – If the value in Column 1 is zero, use it; but if it is not zero, then

use the value in Column 2 USE(C1,C2)

– Use the value in Column 1 is zero, use the value in Column 2 Conditions/Calc

– = > < X functions … for example =TODAY on date column will only choose details for todays date … useful for Silent Partner reporting

Sending to Excel

Choose Spreadsheet Choose Tab When printing if filled in will automatically populate

and open excel spreadsheet If connected with Silent Partner, will update

spreadsheet only

Change formatting and save, once data is back brought in it will recognize new format

Dates come in in excel friendly date format
