Softouch Corporation is a corporation originally engagedin computer business and principally owned by reputable
businessman Mr. Manuel Dy, Jr. The corporation started to
diversify its endeavors and collaborated with Atty. Ely Galland A.
Jumao-as and Mrs. Novelita C. Sincero, they being into the line of
real estate for quite a time, and the core was eventually
transformed into Softouch Property Development Corporation, a
member of Subdivision and Housing Developers Association
Central Visayas (SHDA-CV). The latter came up with an idea of a
