Athens is the capital of Greece and it is named after the Greek Goddess Athena. Athena is the Goddess of wisdom and battle.

Athens is famous for ancient ruins, arts, education and musical theatres. Musical theatres became famous in Athens long ago!

Athens’ government is a democracy, everyone gets to vote and if you get over 6000votes you can vanish Somebody.(In Athens they chose guilty or not guilty by Spinning little disks)

Athens has a beautiful view and nature, lots of temples,musical theatres and finally the Acropolis . Many people go to Athens to visit the Acropolis and the temple of Zeus!

Sparta is in Greece, they are fantastic fighters but they are very strict. Sparta’s government is an oligarchy different to Athens, their King usually makes their strict rules.

Sparta’s main God was Pan, they have big events where you worship Pan.During “The Battle of Marathon” the Spartans were having the event (worshiping Pan). Although Spartans couldn’t help the Athenians they prayed toPan to send a disease to the Persians , this disease is “Panic”.

Sparta’s located in the landside of Greece and it is very safe. They have excellentarmies to protect the city state. Sparta is known as excellent fighters on land sothey won Athens in a few battles. Womens have to be healthy and fit because they want their babies to be healthy warriors. If someone had a weak babies the babies wereleft in the mountains to die.
