Begins Tuesday, January 9th 7 - 9pm Prayerfully consider joining Pastor Brian as he teaches

you about the Old and New Testaments. You’ll learn to

be a disciple of Jesus and develop some life-long

friends. If you have thought about repeating the Bethel

Series, this will be a good opportunity for you. We

don’t expect anybody to know anything about the

Bible in this class, but you will not a lot when

you’re done.

AWANA begins its Fall

session on September 13. It

includes songs, games,

testimonies and biblical

memorization. This is a must

for children between 4 years

old and 5th grade.

Trinity’s Middle School

youth program called,

“IMPACT” begins on

Thursday September 14

from 7 – 8:30. Our

Youth Pastor, Susie Gali well help oversee this

dynamic program for children who are most

impressionable and can be influenced by God’s

presence in their lives.

Trinity’s High School

youth program is

Detour. We are

encouraged to make a

detour away from the

ways of the world toward

God. The group will begin

meeting Thursdays from

7 – 8:30 this September 14. This group will attend

retreats, serve the community, go on mission trips,

travel to Mexico and learn to apply their faith to daily

life experiences. Michelle McClanahan and Dan

Doran will help guide these wonderful youth in the

ways of Christ.

Youth Programs Fall Sunday School begins September 10 for children ages 4 years old to 4th grade. We meet during the 9:00 & 10:45 worship services. Your children will learn biblical lessons, enjoy crafts and games. They

will experience tender loving care by our leaders and learn to love God and others.

Confirmation Class is held at 9

AM every Sunday. Children in

5th, 6th, & 7th grade will learn

about The Bible, 10

commandments, Lord’s

Prayer, Baptism, Martin

Luther and Christianity. Seventh graders will be

“confirmed” this Fall.

Youth who are in

Middle School will

meet with Michelle

McClanahan and Dan

Doran for in depth

study during the 9 AM

worship service. They

will learn about prayer, worship, “Why do bad things

happen when God is good.” “What about other

religions?” Alpha for Youth. The group will be meeting

in Pastor Joyce’s office.

Recycled Teenagers (55 and over)

Tuesday, September 5th 10am-noon.

Bring a dish to pass for a pot

luck luncheon and enjoy

fellowship with others.

This October, Trinity will be hosting a 6 session Small Group campaign that includes weekly sermons and video based studies. You’ll have an opportunity to get to know new people and learn to apply one of the most distinctive elements of Christianity: Mercy.

The six sessions include:

1. The Five Marks of Mercy 2. Mercy Forgives the Fallen 3. Mercy Helps the Hurting 4. Mercy is Patient with Difficult People 5. Mercy is Kind to Enemies 6. Mercy Cares for the Lost

Our Church Family! Lutherdale Bible Camp Retreat

October 13, 14, and 15th Trinity is helping sponsor a VDC style retreat called a Millennial Retreat for men and women who are 21 – 39 years of age. It is an experience in basic Christianity with memorable dramatic components. If you are interested, please pick up a brochure in the Fellowship Hall. Prayerfully consider inviting someone to attend this retreat.
