WHEREAS, this Co皿cil in accord紬ce wi血the provisions of law has previously adopted a

Tax Budget for the next succeeding慮scal ye孤co血encing on J紬uaⅣ 1 , 2016紬d

WHEREAS, the Budget Comission of Po巾age Co皿ty, Ohio, has ce誼鯖ed its action thereon to

this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to

be levied by this Co皿cil, and wh加p如thereofis without, and w鳳pa証s within the ten mill

limitation; and be it軸巾her

i血edi加ely upon its passage, to enable the Village to continue the usual daily seⅣices

necessary for the preservation of the public health, peace, safety and welfare of the community,

and to comply with the limitations set forth in ORC 5705.34; and be it fu巾her
