Micah began his career in new home construction as a site foreman for a reputable custom home builder. He was in charge of the site work, foundations, utilities, concrete, grading, erosion controls and landscaping of $1M custom built homes. When Micah left residential new construction, he quickly began working in the commercial construction industry. He gained enormous experience in medical facility construction, retail construction, complex commercial site work projects and more.
Micah formed McRae Enterprises, LLC in 2006 and aggressively focuses
on growing the small business every day. His daily responsibilities include estimating, project management and managing the in-house, operations employees, as well as sub-contractors.
When Micah has spare time, he can most often be found on a motorcycle, jogging with his dog, flying small private aircrafts or travelling. Micah studied Business & Marketing at Ivy Tech Community College, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has ICC Commercial & Residential Certifications. He is currently working on achieving a LEED Certification. Additionally, Micah is involved with numerous charitable organizations such as the Center for Women & Families, Casas Por Christo and Habitat for Humanity.
Kevin has perfected the art of customer service after working in the shipping industry for 18 years, and in industrial and construction sales for 7 years. Kevin is responsible for providing information about our company and our efforts to anyone that can benefit from McRae Enterprises high quality construction management services. He networks on a daily basis with engineers, designers, owners, stakeholders, managers, real estate brokers, general contractors and architects.
When Kevin’s not meeting with industry leaders, he enjoys fishing, sport shooting, boating and travelling and sharing life with his wife of 20 years, Dana and two teenage daughters, Devan and Aly. He also enjoys gym time and playing sports with friends.
