Recite affirmations to yourself at different times of the day totrain your mind to think positively about your body. Remember, repetition is key! So make affirmations a dailypractice if possible.

Here are some of my favorite affirmations I use to manifest mybest body:

Upon first waking/still in bed:

“I love that my body can do so many things.” “I am thankful for all of the health and wellness my body hastoday.” “I appreciate how much my body does for me.”“I am thankful for this body.”

At the mirror in the morning:

“I love how (enter your favorite body parts here) look today.” “ My (enter your best functioning body parts here) look healthyand strong today.”“This body is going to help me do great things today.”“I am thankful for this body.”

While exercising:

“I am strong.”“I am powerful.”“I am getting better every single day.”“I am proud of myself for taking good care of my body.”

Before going to bed:

“My body did so many things today to help me.”“My body showed its strength today when (enter a memory fromthe day where you felt particularly strong)”. “My body showed its beauty today when (enter a memory fromthe day where you felt particularly attractive.” “I am looking forward to seeing what my body does for metomorrow.”

EXERCISE TIPS

TIP #1: ONLY engage in exercise activities youthink you will ENJOY!

Pick activities you have been waning to learn ordo.

These are activities where you will find greaterinspiration and manifest better results.

There are many exercise activities out there. Giveyourself permission to do the ones that are mostexciting to you!

TIP #2: Dress for success.

Invest in workout clothes that flatter you and thatare appropriate for your chosen workout activities.

The better you look while working out, the moreyou will want to keep up with working out!

Additionally, the better you look, the better youwill feel about your workouts…leading to a morepositive manifestation in the results you get fromyour training.

TIP #3: Do NOT overdo it.

Do what you can do TODAY, with the goal ofleaving enough in the tank to come backTOMORROW.

Again, consistency is key! Overdoing it leads togiving up.

TIP #4: But DO strive to improve each day!

To keep momentum working in your favor, striveto do just a little bit “more” each day.

A 1% improvement daily will lead to 365%improvement at the end of the year…

Make it your goal to improve by small, doableincrements every day and you will manifesttremendous results before you know it!

TIP #1: Eat for success.

Pick foods based on “is this the fuel my bodyneeds right now,” rather than choosing foods tobe overly restrictive or self-medicating.

TIP #2: Add in the “good” foods gradually.

Always be adding new foods into your diet thatyou believe are GOOD for you.

What foods do you think your body would benefitfrom? These are the foods that will manifest thebest results for you because you have a highdegree of faith they will be good for you.

So gradually add new “good foods" into your diet.Through momentum, the law of attraction willmake it easier and easier for you to eat inalignment with what you believe a “healthy” dietwould be.

TIP #3: Reframe your favorite “bad” foods.

Avoid calling foods “bad” or fattening,” andreplace these foods with words like “enjoyable,”“fun,” and “treats.”

What we call our foods will determine how theymanifest into our bodies! Pick positive words todescribe your favorite foods to get the best resultsout of them.

My name is Andrea Schulman and I am the creator of Raise Your Vibration Today where I run a popular Law ofAttraction vlog and membership website. I also work one-on-one with conscious creators around the world tohelp them fine-tune their manifesting skills. I was born in the United States in Minneapolis, Minnesota in the80s, but I have lived in many places throughout my life. As a kid I moved frequently, living in Texas, Michigan,and New Mexico.

After I finished high school, I moved to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan. I graduated in 2001 witha BS in psychology, a subject I have always been fascinated by.

After bouncing around a little more after my schooling, I ultimately ended up on the east coast of Florida (near“The Space Coast”) in 2006. Here, I’ve finally been able to put down some much-needed roots.

Now, I live with my loving and supportive husband, Jeremy, and my two young children (a strong andindependent boy named Isaac, and a creative and compassionate girl named Jessica).

Before launching Raise Your Vibration Today, I was a high school psychology teacher for seven years in Florida’spublic school system. I know many people fear teenagers, but I absolutely loved working with them. I wouldhave kept my job forever, but over time I found that I wanted much more freedom and independence than I wasable to have in the education system.

I started Raise Your Vibration Today because I wanted to teach people something that really mattered, and Iwanted to do it without being restrained by rules and expectations I didn’t believe in.

To go a little deeper, I am and always have been a very sensitive spirit. I have an INFJ Myers-Briggs personalitytype, and I describe myself as both intuitive and empathic.

I believe in tolerance, and I pride myself on accepting people for who they are. I practice yoga, collect crystalsand gemstones and I even occasionally dabble in tarot card reading.

For those who appreciate astrology, my sun sign is in Aquarius and my moon is in Leo and I am Gemini Rising.

Like many other sensitive people, I have dealt with a great deal of trauma in this lifetime, and I believe thistrauma served as a catalyst for my spiritual growth and development.

When I began my journey with the LOA, I was bulimic, substance-addicted, and had a multitude of other issuesrelated to health, well-being, personal relationships, and finances.

Without getting too deep into my past here, I can simply say I understand what it feels like to be “lost at sea.”

Learning how to consciously work with the Law of Attraction turned all of that around for me…and much, muchmore. Certainly, more than I could articulate here.For all of these reasons, I know it is my place here in the universe to teach other people how to use their inherentpower as well
