Problem: Home Node Bs are not on secure sites and are subject to more

diverse attacks Answer: Security Gateway function required plus more extensive integrated

security mechanisms, e.g., topology hiding, protecting the AAA, accesscontrol lists, TCP flood detection, SIP DoS attack, etc.

Problem: Femtocell deployments will be massive as they are deployed tomillions of homes
