You may have heard from people who do not have complete knowledge about Search Engine algorithms that leaving your link on an inner page that is new or has a low or 0 Page Rank inside of a high Page Rank domain will do your site no good. This is a fallacy and is taken from outdated Page Rank Patent information. Google has had many Algorithm Updates since Page Rank was invented and the backlinks work beautifully.
To show that the above statement is false, just do a search in Google for the keyword Grays Harbor Physical Therapy. You will see a site, Montesano Physical Therapy, in the Number One spot in Google Three and a half years ago, that site went from the bottom of Page 6 to the Number One spot overnight after I used my links for it. It has remained in either the very top spot or the first Google + Local spot since that day and I have not done anything more with it since that time. It was only these inner page backlinks that were used and they worked that fast and remained solid through the Panda and Penguin.
The type of sites that Google has given preference to after Penguin are Authority Sites. However, remember my doctor is STILL NUMBER ONE, which means that these backlinks STILL work well and with a bit more SEO attention along with the backlinks, your site will do just fine. Not everything about IM can be set and forget and little or no work. Some things take work and SEO is one of those things.

Here are the Code Set Ups you will need throughout this packet. What you do is REPLACE my example URL with your own URL and my example Keywords with your own keywords. Put it on a Notepad Document and save and then all you need to do is copy/paste the code into the sites as needed.

There will be some sites that it will be best to make your link LOOK like a Signature File. That's so you don't come across as a spammer on the site. Here are the exact instructions for doing this:

The following sites ALL have the same instructions. You will be using the Underline Techniqe and will be making your link LOOK like a Signature File.
Most of these sites are moderated, but allow you to see your link. Don't email me telling me you can't put up your links on these sites. You can preview your link and when it passes moderation, it will be live on the site.
