the Hotel

“Belle Helene”

in Peloponnese

The renovation of the rooms and the

rest spaces of the Hotel “Belle

Helene”, based on the design ideas

of Annastella Lazarou.

The style of the renovation has to

cover all needs and suits any taste.

The decoration dominated

wallpapers, unique designed lamps,

curtains of linen and taffeta and

special furniture, many of them

designed especially for the hotel by

our team.

For the corridors, selected the

painting style of hagiography in

warm orange tones and

atmospheric lighting.

The exterior renovated also,

by following the colors of

olive, combined with wood

and glass, giving a more

contemporary feeling.

Recently renovated and the

lobby of the hotel, following

the warm style that starred

in the rooms. The materials

that have dominated here,

was the combination of

wood, stone and marble.

Renovation of British

Council in Athens

“Space Interiors” qualified for its proposals, among other interior architecture offices

and undertook the design and construction of the British

Council, based in Kolonaki, Athens.

Considering all the technical details of security due to the

nature of space, we proceeded to completely

renovate the British Council, in part by floor.

Converting an

apartment in

gynecological surgery

The challenge in this work was to

convert a residence to a

gynecological office.

We need a space warm and

intimate, so women who being

there, relaxing and avoid the stress

of the medicine visit.

We used warm colors combined

with the pure femininity color, red.

In the waiting area, a curved shape

plaster construction , created the

reception. Construction also

indented plasterboard, invested with

wallpaper to accommodate objects

of art, which makes the atmosphere

more intimate.

Details Feature of “Space Interiors”

is the "game" with the

details.

In the examination room of

the clinic, were selected

upholstery colors that offer

tranquility and relaxation.

In the office, a more

pleasant tone, was to

simplify the doctor-patient

relationship.

Cosmotechnika company’s

offices space .

In this project, we did the

separation between storage

and office-laboratory space

with plasterboards.

Our constructions, invested

with wallpapers in metal

tones to give a high –tech

style.

furniture, designed by our

team.

Design and construction of

the agency OPAP* of the

medalist Leonidas Sampanis. *Opap S.A. is member of European

and International lotteries associations

A small and elongated

space, was determined

to operate well, despite

its size. For this project,

we chose materials and

colors that do not bring

to mind the classic

lottery agencies. In

modern design and

special construction,

with the right lighting

and modern materials,

the result was beyond

the expectations of the

owner and the patrons.

For the agency OPAP, we chose materials like laminate, for the flooring and the

front of the Fund. We used also wallpapers in orange tones in order to get away

from the classic blue color that is used by the organization. The benches are

made from MDF with oak in wenge veneer, combined with colored triplex glass.

An area on the first floor

of a luxury complex,

formed at a gym. This is a

completely modern

space with emphasis on

the right lighting, the

necessary insulation and

the use of modern

decorative materials.

Design and construction

of beer house “Cheers”

The purpose of our

company in this place, was

a warm result, which

exudes an air of a classic

German beer house, but in

a modernized form.

Starting from the plans, we

played with mirages. We

accomplished this, by

taking shapes as the zig-

zag design of the bar

which is repeated on the

ceiling.

Diverse furniture give an

intimate feel and the

choice of sofas instead of

chairs, create an asset to

the space .

Materials

The materials in this job

were variable but tied to

each other very

harmonious.

We choose investment with

bricks for the bar,

upholstered with natural

materials as bamboo for

the ceilings and some

walls, wallpapers with

classic designs for the wall

details, solid oak for the bar

and furniture and leather

for the seats.

This was achieved with

the use of individual

backgrounds and

colors that emulate

the leather and wood,

and with neo-Baroque

elements, such as the

frames of the displays,

the base of cabinets

and lamps.

A single blank space is

always the best canvas to

create a functional and

aesthetically acceptable

result.

So in this case, the first floor

of an office building, was

studied from the beginning

by our office and taking into

account the needs and

tastes of our customers, we

desired outcome in terms of

use, function and aesthetics.

Details

Based on the classic decor and

modern aesthetic too, we separate

the two styles, and we distributed

them to the spaces.

For managers and agents, we chose

classic furniture with a traditional

designed wallpaper.

For the reception, the simple lines

were the ones that prevailed, while in

the meeting room the hot spot is the

digital printing with the image of the

sea, the hallmark of the company,

one that specializes in fish farms.

The curves give the sense of serenity,

while the floors at the entrance play

their role in signaling the Reception.

we studied the lighting suitable for

any space separate, while the

vertically or horizontally openings at

the curved walls, allow light to pass

and also the distinctive control of the

space through the offices.

The Office of Architecture and Decoration SPACE INTERIORS engaged in design and construction of commercial premises and

residences with guaranteed results.

Our purpose is the uniqueness, originality and functionality of each space, which achieves with the right combination of materials and

colors, as well as the design and construction of special furniture, always taking into

account the current trends.
