cLAiMS AND rETurNSPlease check your order upon receipt. Allitems will be in your initial shipment exceptthose marked Backordered. All claims forlost or damaged goods must be filed withthe Carrier and reported to the outfitterwithin 10 days of receipt.All merchandise (excluding socks,underwear, and items personalized withnames or numbers) carry a full money backguarantee and are returnable within 10days after receipt. After 10 days, a storecredit will be issued. All returns must beaccompanied by a sales receipt.

iMPOrTANT iNSTrucTiONS

The loss of clothing is as unsatisfactory to thecamp management as it is to the campersand their parents, therefore all articles andequipment must be nametaped orpermanently marked including those worn tocamp.

Name tapes should be sewn on articles asfollows:

1. In neckband of shirts and tops.

2. Inside center back of waistband for

shorts and bottoms.

3. On inside hem of pillow cases, sheets and towels.

4. Tape should be attached inside of each

sock, or it can be marked on sock with

laundry pen.

5. Use Sport Stix Permanent Labels or

indelible ink to mark articles upon

which name tapes can’t be sewn (shoes,

sports equipment, containers, etc.)

6. Please have loops for hanging bathrobes.
