The Psalm of the Day (Psalm 130)TUNE: I heard the voice of Jesus say
Out of the depths, I cry to you,Lord, hear my tearful prayer! If you should mark iniquity,O Lord God, who could stand? But you forgive the sorry soul,so all may fear your name.I wait for you, for you I long, and in your word I hope.
I wait for him, far more than thosewho wait for dawn to come.O Isra-el, hope in the Lord! With him is steadfast love.He has great power to redeem, and he alone can savehis people from their deadly sinand raise them from the grave.
After the Psalm is sung...
C: Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forevermore. Amen.

The Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty, from thence he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
IN CHRIST ALONE
In Christ alone my hope is foundHe is my light my strength my songThis Cornerstone this solid GroundFirm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love what depths of peaceWhen fears are stilled when strivings ceaseMy Comforter my All in AllHere in the love of Christ I standIn Christ alone who took on fleshFullness of God in helpless babeThis gift of love and righteousnessScorned by the ones He came to save
Till on that cross as Jesus diedThe wrath of God was satisfiedFor every sin on Him was laidHere in the death of Christ I liveThere in the ground His body layLight of the world by darkness slainThen bursting forth in glorious DayUp from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victorySin's curse has lost its grip on meFor I am His and He is mineBought with the precious blood of ChristNo guilt in life no fear in deathThis is the power of Christ in meFrom life's first cry to final breathJesus commands my destiny
No power of hell no scheme of manCan ever pluck me from His handTill He returns or calls me homeHere in the power of Christ I'll stand.Keith Getty | Stuart Townend 2001 Thankyou Music CCLI Licence # 225140

It is indeed right and good,Lord God, holy Father, that we should at all times and in all places give thanks to you, through Jesus Christ our Lord. He overcame death by his resurrection and opened up for us the way to eternal life with you. And so, with angels and archangels, and with all the company of heaven,we adore and praise your glorious name:
C: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.

We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
C: Amen.Sending Out

1On what has now been sown, your blessing, Lord, bestow:the power is yours aloneto make it spring and grow.O Lord, the gracious harvest raise, and you alone will have the praise.2To you our wants are known, from you are all our powers:accept what is your own,and pardon what is ours. Our praises, Lord, and prayers receive, and to your word a blessing give.3O grant that each of uswho meet before you heremay meet together thuswhen you and yours appear, and follow you to heaven our home.Let it be so. Lord Jesus, come!
