No The AS 939 Local Task Force (L TF) is examining the ColWMP for the Five Year Review process and is expected to vote on the comments at its August meeting As Agency staff has been updating SRRE programs in these Annual Reports it is not expected that a formal SRRE revision will be required though we will consult with LAMD staff when the L TF finalizes its findings

A Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) is planned to be added to the Central Disposal Site Transfer Station building Its operations are expected to be consistent with its existing listing in the NDFE The existing composting site at the Central Disposal Site is scheduled to be closed by October 15 2015 A new compost facility sited at the Central Disposal Site is undergoing evaluation and preparation for permitting is expected to begin Summer or Fall 2015 The new compost site is expected to need a new entry in the NDFE
