2. Managing Telco Fleet Operations Sonoma Ballroom C
Presented by Mike Hetzel, UNITEL
The number one question on the minds of your underwriters these days is “Do you have control of your fleet operations”? And for good reason, this is the number one source of loss in the Telco industry and OSHA is about to mandate that you control your vehicle operations through policy as well as programs. This will apply to the smallest as well as the largest Telco fleets out there. Don’t feel singled out, additional scrutiny is being placed on all business fleets but we in the Telco business have unique challenges like operating unusual vehicles, extreme amount of miles and time on the road, encountering unusual hazards while in the field and of course getting your drivers to understand their role in protecting the company from loss. This presentation will show you how to evaluate where you are in all of this and how to meet the challenges ahead.
12:00pm‐1:00pm ‐ NETWORKING LUNCHEON & RAFFLE Stone Building
We will also hold our Annual Member meeting at the end of this luncheon. If you are a Member Company
representative, please stay and join us for the meeting.

2. Telco Self‐Certification and Training Program – Introduction and Overview of Program Sonoma Ballroom C
Presented by Andy Walding, Cellstream
Learn how you can implement a measurable self‐certification program within your own company without the loss
of your time, cost and employee hours. In other words, your company certifies its own employees so that it
achieves internal significance with less marketability, and more retention of employees. The program is a state of
the art online‐based solution (needing only a web browser), combining video tutorials, along with hands‐on lab
exercises, and online testing completely eliminating expensive travel. Learn how this program combines data
networking and WiFi wireless with a focus on Ethernet and TCP/IP, which equates to the skills needed in today’s
network technical staff (CO and field).

Cyber Security: The Real and Present Dangers of Living in Today’s “Always Connected” World
Presented by Carmen O’Neil, Vantage Point Solutions
In today's world of always‐on, always‐connected, constant status updates, users are sharing much more than
they probably realize. While we all find convenience in the integration of all these applications on our mobile
devices, often default settings can leave you open and vulnerable. This session will demonstrate techniques used
to cyber‐stalk and harvest data, and will expose the holes and vulnerabilities in the very apps we all use every day
in both our business and social media lives. While this session is not intended to scare, it might make you want to
close your accounts and will definitely make you think twice about granting that app "permission" on your phone.
Don’t miss your chance to get the view of the dark side of the internet through the twisted mind of a hacker.
