the department. Departmental mentoring system is a individualized form of guidance and
counseling activities. Per year about 17-20% students are mentored by one mentor. They
maintain the biographic details of each individual , They use formal and informal means for all
round development of students.They help students to develop patience,insight,communication
skills and also rectify their personal problems. In four month internship they help interns to
improve their teaching skills.

The university has got the strutured audit mechanism as prescribed by U.P. state government. Where external audit is conducted by qualified chartered
accountant firm appointed by the universtiy executive council. Auditors also prepare the final accounts of the University. THe internal audit is conducted
by separet audit department of the university. All the audit and finance reports are to be approved by the Finance committee.
