Providing Brighter Holidays for Our FamiliesBrighter Holidays is an annual event for the families supported by Turning Points for Children. It is acombination of events first presented by our legacy organizations, Childrens Aid Society ofPennsylvania and Philadelphia Society for Services to Children. In December 2010Turning Points for Childrens Brighter Holidays event provided Adopt-a-Family for 113 families whowere able to receive individual and family gifts which supported families and children in our In-HomeServices programs.
The Toy Shop is the result of companies and individuals which donate toys and the many volunteerswho set it up. Then the family caregivers are invited in to shop- choose free toys for their children.
