VP Finance transitioned from Daniel O'Connor to Andrew Green in July.
2015 Budget Year to Date
o As of November 30, 2015:
• Gross Expenses = $80,227.91
• Gross Income = $86,872.71
• Net = Positive $6,644.80
2016 Budget will be finalized January 19th.
Amended Tax Return for 2014 Tax Submission completed;
• $50 discrepancy in 2013 filed taxes identified during 2014 tax preps;
• Self Reported – No penalty incurred;
In 2016, Planning to post monthly financial reports on Chapter Website;
CHAPTER OPERATIONS
WEB SITE HOSTING CHANGE
Previous Vendor was not providing adequate availability, reliability & functionality
There were numerous issues with sending out email blasts as well as login and
meeting registration issues.
Site administration was clunky and difficult to use
Web platform did not offer functionality to help facilitate, manage and promote
sponsorships.
