Description:
An exclusive trip to the extreme south of the world, on board the Dream Antarctica, formerly a ship of the Chilean Navy converted into a cruise ship. During 11 days, after having rounded Cape Horn and crossed Drake Passage, the Dream Antarctica sails to the Shetland Islands, along the coast of the bays of the Antartica Peninsula where penguins colonies reign. Then the ship starts heading further South, navigating the length of the Lemaire Canal passing massive icebergs and glaciers to the British base of Port Lockroy. On board, geologists, wildlife naturalists organise information workshops and lectures to the passengers. Antarctica : the adventure at the end of the earth

It took few years and a lot of determination for Hemisphotographers to collect these amazing pictures. Because the snow,in Provence, is as much unexpected as unusual. Rarely does thiscountry of heat, colors and scents clothe itself in white. Then onemay discover frozen landscapes, white olive threes, waves of whitefoam from frozen lavenders. One may be filled with wonder by thebeauty of the Palais des Papes whitened by flakes, the Ochres ofRoussillon coated white or the frozen Baux de Provence looking likea landscape from the Great North. Put your boots on and follow ourphotographers trail…
