High-end restaurant with many custom finishes. This project was started at the end of October and had to have a certificate of occupancy by January first in order to realize substantial tax credits. A good portion of this job was designed on site with the Architect dur- ing construction which made getting answers to questions easier but constantly added to the com- plexity of the job.
