Officer, served as Resource Speaker and conducted lectures on RA 9165, Ill-effects of dangerous drugs and the role of social workers in the anti-drug campaign held at a classroom in College of Social Work and Community Development of the Western

Mindanao State University, Normal Road, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City. The lecture was attended by forty (40) students of the said college from different year levels.

On January 17, 2019 at around 1300H – 1700H, Agent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office, conducted a lecture on Agent Handling

Management at Basilan Provincial Office, 3rd floor, Infirmary Building, Isabela City, Basilan Province. The activity aims to empower new agents (Class Gandilan and

Hinirang) for possible High Impact Operation and High Value Targets.

On January 18, 2018 at around 0800H – 1200H, Ms. Darmalyn H. Jumlail, PECI Chief/Information Officer and Ms. Karren E. Gesulga, Chief Chemist, served as Resource Speakers and conducted lectures on the Ill-effects of Dangerous Drugs, RA

9165, Laboratory Examination Procedures and How to Detect Clandestine Laboratory to more or less fifty (50) participants composed of 4th year Criminology students and

the Dean of Mindanao Autonomous College Foundation, Incorporated. The lecture was conducted in connection with their educational tour to some law enforcement agencies in Zamboanga City. This was held at LutongPinoy Resort, Tugbungan,

On January 24, 2019 at around 1300H, personnel of this office led by Agent Jury G. Rocamora, City Officer, proceeded to Talon-Talon National High School and

conducted a lecture on the salient provisions of R.A 9165 and ill-effects of illegal drugs to seventy (70) selected students of the aforementioned institution. The said activity concluded on or about 1600H on the same date.

On January 10, 2019 at around 1000H, Jail Chief Inspector Nathaniel Aljas, Zamboanga City Jail Warden, paid courtesy call and had a short meeting with the above-signed at RD’s Room, PDEA RO IX, Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City. Discussed during the short visit was about the Jail Facilities Clearing Program. On January 11, 2019 at around 1000H, Provincial Officer of PDEA Zamboanga del Sur, Agent Cesario C. Judilla attended meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council held at Executive Conference Hall, Capitol Compound, Pagadian City. All members of the Provincial Peace and Order Council signed the Memorandum of Cooperation in support of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-205, which provides for the Guidelines in the implementation of Barangay at Pulisya Laban saKrimen (BPLK). Furthermore, they also discussed about the status regarding the letter-complaint of the different Municipal Mayors. On January 12, 2019 at around 0900H – 1100H, operatives of this office headed byAgent Jury G. Rocamora, Zamboanga City Officer proceeded to Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City. During said activity, the constituents of said barangay were informed and enlightened about the DDB Regulations on the conduct of drug test. Also in attendance were the members of the barangay council headed by Barangay Chairman, WahabIbba. On January 15, 2019 at around 0900H, Provincial Officer of Zamboangadel Sur Agent Cesario C. Judilla, together with Agent Knorben Mark Montuyaproceeded to the Municipal Hall of San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur for a meeting with the mayor. Agent Judilla discussed the Barangay Drug Clearing Program and BalaySilangan with the Municipal Mayor Angelito Martinez II, Municipal Vice Mayor Celso Otero and the MLGOO Noel Pamplona.Furthermore, Hon. Martinez discussed about the proposed building of BalaySilangan. At around 1030H of the same day, Hon. Martinez presented to us the proposed building of BalaySilangan located at Poblacion, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. On January 16, 2019 at around 1300H, elements of PDEA ZamboangaSibugayProvincial Office headed by Provincial Officer IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso visited the Provincial Director of DILG ZamboangaSibugay,Mr. Oliver B. Ombosand had a short meeting about the plan to conduct drug testing of DILG personnel. A copy of request letter was alsoforwarded to the regional office for reference.

On January 16, 2019 at around 0900H,Agent Ingrid E. Radaza together with Agent Rizza L. Osorio and Agent Reyne A. Barrientos, attended the Provincial Police Intelligence Conference Workshop conducted by the Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office participated by Intelligence PNCOs from all municipalities, PDEU and PIB of Zamboanga del Sur. The purpose of the said workshop is to update and harmonize the PDEA watch list and Target list with the PNP. During the identification of newly identified drug personalities and drug affected barangays process, there were exchanges of intelligence list between and among the participants. On January 17, 2019 at around 1000H – 1200H, Agent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office, attended a meeting with Provincial Director Abou Mohammad Asmawil of Department of Interior and Local Government at DILG office, Provincial Capitol, Isabela City. Discussed during the meeting was about strengthening new strategies on Barangay Drug Clearing Program and Balay Silangan. On January 16, 2019 at around 1430H, IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso and IO2 Dharyll Ian C.Pasagad of PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office went to Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Police Office (ZSYPPO) and discussed about the future anti-drug operation and the unified watchlist requirements for Barangay Drug Clearing Operation, with PSI Mishel Baclayo. On January 17, 2019 at around 1400H, IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso together with Agent Perkins N. Calixtro Jr., of PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Provincial Office, had a meeting with Chief of Police of Kabasalan Municipal Police Station to discussthe target drug personalities within their Area of Responsibility, likewise updates on the Barangay Drug Clearing Program. On January 18, 2019 at around 1400H – 1700H, Agent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office, attended the Joint Intelligence Planning and Development Workshop at 74th IB Headquarters,SitioLagasan Barangay Kulaybato, Lamitan City, Basilan. Discussed during the Intelligence Workshop were the significant shooting incidents of Lamitanand other nearby municipalities,preparation against the plan of Abu Sayaf Group (ASG) to sabotage the BOL Plebiscite this upcoming January 21,2019. On January 18, 2019, at around 1300H,Ms. Sahillia S. Asadil, Chief Admin, and Ms. Darmalyn H. Jumlail, Information Officer, proceeded to DSWD Reception and Study Center for Children located at Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City and had a coordination meeting with the Center Head for future outreach activity to be undertaken by the Office. Further, at around 1500H of the same day, same personnel mentioned above also proceeded to DSWD Home for the Elderly located temporarily at Girls Scout Center, Cabatangan, Zamboanga City and had a coordination meeting with the House Parent for possible outreach activities to be conducted there. On January 24, 2019 at around 1030H, Agent Cesario C. Judilla Jr. together with Agent Rizza L. Osorio proceeded to the Office of the Municipal Mayor Hon. Angelito Martinez IIof San Miguel, Zamboangadel Sur. Agent Judilla discussed about the possible launching of the BalaySilangan Facility and other important matters regarding the establishment of the said facility. Further, Agent Judilla and Agent Osorio proceeded to San Miguel Municipal Police Station and discuss with PINSP Arnold TabunanTolentino, Officer In-Charge of San Miguel MPS about the status of their Barangay Drug Clearing

Operations. Also discussed were about the updates on their surrenderers and the possible clients for BalaySilangan. On January 21, 2019 at around 1300H, elements of PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Provincial Office headed by IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso visited Kabasalan BJMP. The purpose of said meeting was to discuss the documentary requirements needed for the application of Drug Free Jail Facility. On January 22, 2019, at around 0900H – 1200H, personnel of this office led by Agent Jury G. Rocamora, proceeded to Zamboanga City Police Office and initiated a Forum on the Legal Aspects of the Anti-illegal Drug Operations and proper filing of cases. PDEA Regional Director Atty. Jacquelyn L. De Guzman, PNP City Director Thomas Joseph I. Martir and Atty. GladdyBernabe from National Prosecution Service attended the said activity and responded several queries from the investigators who were also present at the forum. The highlight of the forum was the discussion of chain of custody and Romy Lim case. On January 22, 2019 at around 1300H – 1500H, operatives of this office spearheaded by Agent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office paid courtesy meeting with PSUPT. William Gadayan – COP ICPS, and PSI BenjemarAjibon – Chief Intel at Isabela City Police Station, Barangay Sunrise, Isabela City, Basilan Province. Discussed during the meeting were updates of drug listed personalities of Isabela City and Barangay Drug Clearing Program. On January 23, 2019, at around 1400H,the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program chaired by the above-signed convened and had a meeting with other members of the Committee held at DOH Regional Office IX, Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City. Discussed during the meeting were updates on the implementation of barangay drug clearing program in the whole region and issues and concerns regarding its implementation. This was attended by the members/representatives of the Committee from PNP, DOH, and DILG. On January 23, 2019 at around 1400H, PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Provincial Officer Agent Dorothy Joy E. Villosoattended themeetingheld at ZamboangaSibugay Provincial Police Office (ZSPPO) Building,Ipil,ZamboangaSibugay,and discussed the issues and concerns on the documentary requirements on the barangay drug clearing program and the unified watch list . Capitol Site, Ipil Heights,Ipil,ZamboangaSibugay and discussed the provincial drug situation, DDB Regulation No. 13, series of 2018 subject: Establishment and Institutionalization of Drug– Free Workplace Policies in all government offices, including the conduct of authorized drug testing for elective local officials and appointive public officers and for other purposes, DDB Regulation no. 2 Series of 2018 subject: Balay Silangan- Guidelines for community involvement in reforming drug offenders into self-sufficient and law abiding members of society and the statusof barangay drug clearing in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.The oversight committee of the said meeting was the Provincial Governor Atty. Walter Palma and attended by the different government agencies in the province. The meeting ended at on or about 1300H. On January 24, 2019 at around 1600H, above-signed together with IAIII Dorothy Joy E. Villoso, Provincial Officer, Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office and Ms. Darmalyn H. Jumlail, paid a short visit and had a short meeting with Hon. Atty. Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor of Zamboanga Sibugay at Governor’s Office, Provincial Capitol, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. Discussed during the short visit were about the Barangay Drug Clearing Program and the intensification of anti-drug campaign and activities in the province. Governor Palma pledged to support the anti-drug activities of the regional office. On January 24, 2019 at around 1400H, above-signed together with IAIII Dorothy Joy E. Villoso, Provincial Officer, Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office and Ms. Darmalyn H. Jumlail, paid a short visit and had a short meeting with Hon. Carlnan Climaco, Mayor of Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay at Mayor’s Office, Municipal Hall, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Discussed during the short visit were about the Barangay Drug Clearing Program and the importance of the Balay Silangan to be operational in the said municipality. On January 24, 2019 at around 1400H, Agent Aldous B. Restor, Chief, POD, and Agent Beau Faith E. Ortezuela, Chief, IID attended the 1st Joint Regular Meeting of the Regional Intelligence Committee IX and the Convergence Regional Anti-Terrorism Council Group 9 held at Conference Room, Zambo-Ecozone, San Ramon, Zamboanga City. Discussed during the meeting were updates on the peace and order situation and the threat level in the city and in the region as well. On January 24, 2019 at around 1030H – 1230H, operatives of this office spearheaded byAgent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office, attended the MADAC Meeting at Mansul’s Residence, Barangay Kaumpurnah, Zone 1 Isabela City, Basilan Province which was attended by more or less 26 barangay officials. Discussed during the meeting was Barangay Drug Clearing. In attendance during the meeting were Hon. JamarMansul-Municipal Mayor of HadjiMuhtamad, SPO4 AbdulnaserSarapudin-COP,RedentorGusadio-MLGOO-DILG, and Barangay Officials of HadjiMuhtamad. On January 24, 2019 at around 1400H, Agent Aldous B. Restor, Chief, POD, and Agent Beau Faith E. Ortezuela, Chief, IID attended the 1st Regular Meeting of the Expanded Regional Intelligence Committee IX held at Conference Room, Zambo-Ecozone, San Ramon, Zamboanga City. The meeting was also attended by Heads

On January 28, 2019, at around 1400H, personnel of this Office proceeded to Zamboanga City Hall Conference Room and attended the Zamboanga City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ZCADAC) meeting. Updates on the anti-illegal drug campaign were presented by Agent Jury G. Rocamora, PDEA Zamboanga City Officer. Said meeting was presided by Mayor Ma. Isabelle G. Climaco, which was attended by ZCADAC members and invited guests. Said activity concluded on or about 1600H on the same date. On January 30, 2019 at around 1600H, above-signed together with Agent Cesario C. Judilla Jr., Provincial Officer, Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office had a short meeting with Engr. Elenita Colosso, DPWH IX Project Engineer held at PDEA Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office, Provincial Capitol Complex, Pagadian City. Discussed during the short meeting was about the details of the forthcoming construction of the regional office spearheaded by the Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office IX located in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. On January 30, 2019 at around 1400H, above-signed together with Agent Cesario C. Judilla Jr., Provincial Officer, Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office and Ms. Darmalyn H. Mayor Martinez II showed the above-signed and the team the proposed Balay Silangan Center, complete with the necessary requirements of being a reformatory center, located right at the compound of the Municipal Hall of San Miguel. Launching and inauguration of the said center is yet to be determined. On January 31, 2019 at around0800H, personnel of this Office headed by Atty. Jacquelyn L. De Guzman proceeded to Astoria Regency at Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City and attended the Zamboanga City Peace and Order Council (ZCPOC) Meeting.Said meeting was chaired by Mayor Ma. Isabelle G. Climaco, attended by different Brgy. Officials, PNP, AFP and invited guests. Matters pertaining to security measures, in the light of the recent twin bombings at Jolo, Sulu have been discussed. Furthermore, Agent Jury G. Rocamora, PDEA Zamboanga City Officer discussed the updates on the anti-illegal drug campaign.Said activity concluded on or about 1600H on the same date.

On January 25, 2019 at around 1130H, RD Jac De Guzman was interviewed by Winnie Montallana of DXAA Radio FM Pagadian and Mr. DelaCerna from Tingug Peninsula Newspaper based in Pagadian City regarding the declaration of drug-cleared barangays in Dipolog City. The interview was held at Top Plaza Hotel right after the said declaration. On January 28, 2019 at around 1000H -1230H, personnel of this Office headed by Agent Jury G. Rocamora proceeded to Zamboanga City Hall and attended the Press Conference initiated by the City Public Information Office. Agent Rocamora talked about the accomplishment of PDEA Zamboanga City Office and the different new programs of this Office with coordination to the City government.

On January 11, 2019 at around 1300H – 1530H, Operatives of this Office conducted a random drug testing on the Security Personnel of Ateneo De Zamboanga University at La Purisima St, Zamboanga City and Ateneo Junior High School at Barangay Tumaga, Zamboanga City. The said activity was attended by fifty four (54) Security Personnel in which nobody turned out to be positive for methamphetamine hydrochloride as per initial testing. On January 15, 2019 at around 1000H – 1130H, elements of PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Office, headed by Provincial Officer IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso, in coordination with RT Lim Municipal Police Station, assisted in the conduct of Drug Testing by Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Gabby R. Batuigas. Together with Ms. Evelyn T. Panes, RMT conducted drug testing among Eleven (11) Drug dependents held at Barangay New Unique R.T Lim, ZamboangaSibugay. This forms part of the requirements in the implementation of Barangay Drug Clearing Program. On January 16, 2019 at around 0930H – 1100H, elements of PDEA ZamboangaSibugayProvincial Office headed by Provincial Officer IA3 Dorothy Joy E. On January 21, 2019 at around 1300H, operatives of this office and chemists of this region proceeded to Dumagsa Talisayan, Zamboanga City and supervise the conduct of drug testing to SACC personnel. The said activity was attended by more or less sixty (60) employees of the said company in which four of them turned out to be positive for methamphetamine hydrochloride as per initial testing. The said concluded on or about 1530H on the same date. On January 22, 2019 at around 0800H, joint elementsof PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Province led by Agent Dorothy Joy E. Villoso in coordination with BJMP Sanito, Ipil District Jail Male Dormitory conducted a random drug testing procedure to the Ten (10) BJMP Personnel and Thirty (30) Persons Deprived from Liberty (PDL) held at

BJMP Sanito, IpilZamboangaSibugay which all yielded negative results for the use of illegal drugs. The procedure was initiated by Ms Judy Lee, Rch PDEA Chemist and assisted by the PDEA ZamboangaSibugay personnel. The activity ended on 1030H.

On January 22, 2019 at around 1000H, elements of PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Officer IA3 Dorothy Joy E. Villoso in coordination with RT Lim Municipal Police Station assisted in the conduct of Drug testing by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Gabby R. Batuigas together with Ms. Evelyn T. Panes, RMT conducted drug testing among Thirty-Two (32) Drug dependents from Three (3) different Barangays held at Barangay Gango R.T Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay. This forms part of the requirements in the implementation of Barangay Drug Clearing Program. The said activity ended at 1200H. On January 22, 2019 at around 0800H, joint elementsof PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Province led by Agent Dorothy Joy E. Villoso in coordination with BJMP Sanito, Ipil District Jail Male Dormitory conducted a random drug testing procedure to the Ten (10) BJMP Personnel and Thirty (30) Persons Deprived from Liberty (PDL) held at BJMP Sanito, IpilZamboangaSibugay which all yielded negative results for the use of illegal drugs. The procedure was initiated by Ms Judy Lee, RCh PDEA Chemist and assisted by the PDEA ZamboangaSibugay personnel. The activity ended on 1030H. On January 23, 2019 at around 0800H, personnel of PDEA Zamboanga del Norte led by IAV MARIA FELINA BACHA-ABENDAN supervised the conduct of DRUG TEST of all surrendered Drug Personalities of Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte including LGU Employees and PNP Personnel of said municipality. On January 28, 2019 at around 0900H, personnel of this Office proceeded to Zamboanga City Jail located at Varela Street, Zamboanga City, and conducted drug testing on urine specimens of two hundred (200) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in which nobody turned out to be positive for methamphetamine hydrochloride as per initial testing.

On January 28, 2019 at around 0900H, Operatives of this Office conducted a drug testing on the Personnel of Combat and Service Support Brigade of the Philippine Marine Corps at BagongCalarian, Zamboanga City. The said activity was attended by fifty four (54) Personnel in which nobody turned out to be positive for methamphetamine hydrochloride as per initial testing. The said activity concluded on or about 1130H on the same date.

On January 25-26, 2018, Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program headed by the above-signed facilitated the Declaration of Drug-Cleared Barangays in Four (4) Municipalities in ZamboangadelNorte. These after all the said barangays have complied and satisfied the parameters as enumerated in DDB Regulation No. 3, Series of 2017. These are the following:

a. On January 25, 2019 at around 0900H, the above-signed, as the Chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program, declared Eleven (11) barangays of Dipolog City as Drug-Clearedbarangays, effective immediately. The declaration was held at Top Plaza Hotel, Dipolog City. This was attended by representatives of the Regional Oversight Committee from PNP, DILG, DOH, the local government units, and the BADAC members of all barangays in Dipolog City. Atty. Senen O. Angeles, Vice Governor of Zamboanga del Norte, served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the said celebration.

b. On January 25, 2019 at around 1400H, the above-signed, as the Chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program, declared Nine (9) barangays of Mutia, Zamboangadel Sur as Drug-Cleared Barangays effective immediately. The declaration was held at Municipal Gymnasium, Mutia, ZamboangadelSur. This was attended by representatives of the Regional Oversight Committee from PNP, DILG, DOH, the local government units, and the BADAC members of all barangays in Mutia, ZamboangadelNorte. Hon. Atty. Senen O. Angeles, Vice Governor of Zamboanga del Norte, served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the declaration.

c. g. On January 29, 2019 at around 0900H, the above-signed, as the Chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program, declared Fifteen (15) barangays of Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur as Drug-Cleared Barangays, effective

immediately. The declaration of these fifteen (15) barangays led to the declaration of Pitogo as the Fourth Drug-Cleared Municipality in Zamboanga del Sur. This was held at Municipal Hall, Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur, attended by representatives of the Regional Oversight Committee from PNP, DILG, DOH, the local government units, and the BADAC members of all barangays in Pitogo. Hon. Ace Cerilles, Vice Governor of Zamboanga del Sur, served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the said declaration. Certificates of commendation were also given to the police personnel who were directly involved in completing the requirements for Barangay Drug Clearing Program.

h. On January 29, 2019 at around 1400H, the above-signed, as the Chairman of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program, declared Ten (10) barangays of Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur as Drug-Cleared Barangays, effective immediately. The declaration was held at Municipal Gymnasium, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur. This was also attended by representatives of the Regional Oversight Committee from PNP, DILG, DOH, the local government units, and the BADAC members of all barangays in Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur. On January 9, 2019 at around 2000H -2230H, the joint elements of this office, personnel of Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao and Philippine Port Authority-Zamboanga City conducted random inspection at Port of Zamboanga, Zamboanga City. The Operation yielded negative for any presence of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and deadly weapons. On January 11, 2019 at around 1100H, Agent RegieMacutay, under the supervision of IAV MARIA FELINA M BACHA, Provincial Officer of PDEA Zamboanga del Norte attended the Turn-Over of Command Ceremony of Dapitan-Port Management Office. Said activity commenced with the message of the out-going Port Manager in the person of Engr. Salvador L. Delina, followed by the inspirational message of Engr. Arcidi S. Jumaani and lastly the turnover of key and the Philippine Ports Authority Flag to the incoming Dapitan-Port Manager by the Out-going Port Manager. The event was attended by more or less 40 employees of PMO and representatives of different Agencies. On January 16, 2019 at around 1535H – 1930H, joint elements of this office, personnel of Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao and Philippine Port Authority-Zamboanga City conducted random inspection at Port of Zamboanga, Zamboanga City. The Operation yielded negative for any presence of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and deadly weapons. On January 21, 2019 at around 0800H, elements of PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay Province led by Agent Dorothy Joy E. Villoso, attended the flag raising ceremony together with the municipal employees held at Tungawan Municipal Compound, TungawanZamboangaSibugay. Right after the flag raising ceremony was the short program as they celebrate their 58thArawngTungawan Grand Opening followed by a parade within the Poblacion of Tungawan. On January 22, 2019 at around 0800H, joint elementsof PDEA ZamboangaSibugay Province led by Agent Dorothy Joy E. Villoso in coordination with BJMP Sanito, Ipil District Jail Male Dormitory conducted a greyhound operation inside the jail facility of Ipil District Jail, which yielded negative for the presence of illegal drugs and paraphernalia. The said activity ended at 1030H. On January 23, 2019 at around 1000H, Agent Rizza L. Osorio together with Agent Reyne A. Barrientos, Agent Margelyn C. Asoy and Agent Knorben Mark R. Montuya conducted Search and Seizure Operation at Pagadian City Jail, Barangay Lenienza, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. The said activity yielded negative results for seizure of illegal drugs.

On January 24, 2019 at around 0830H, joint elements of PDEA Basilan and BJMP personnel of Isabela City Jail conducted Oplan Linis Piitan in jail facility at Isabela

City Jail, Isabela City, Basilan Province. There were no illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia found during the conduct of search. Moreover, at around 1030H– 1130H of the same day, Agent Juniller conducted a lecture on “Drug Free Workplace” with more or less 20 BJMP personnel.

On January 26, 2019 at around 1030H – 1700H, operatives of this office led by Agent Jigger B. Juniller, Provincial Officer, PDEA Basilan Provincial Office, attended the PagkhurujGraduation Ceremony, a 3days Islamic counseling and a first phase of “Pagpindahal Program”. Pagpindahal Program is a Basilan approach for community based rehabilitation program for drug surrenders. The activity was conducted at Motorpool, Barangay Atong-Atong, Lantawan Municipality, Basilan Province, with more or less 205 drug surrenderer participants. The drug surrenderers are from the different barangays of Lantawan Municipality, such as Barangay Atong-taong -17, Matikang-22, Bulanza-15, Bulan-Bulan-23, Paniongan-14, Bagbagon-11, Cawila-3, Subaan-1, Luuk Maluha-6, Calayan-6, Canibungan-11, Baungis- 25, Lantawan Proper-8, Parian Bauno-4, tairan-31,Upper Bañas-6, Upper Manugas- 2. In attendance wereHon.Rustam M. Ismael– Municipal Mayor of LantawanMunicipality, PSINSP. Joseph Gordovez- COP of Lantawan MPS,Ustadz Omar Saddman, MLGOO Indira PatraJuainin- DILG. On January 28, 2019 at around 1800H, in partnership with the Municipal Mayor of Tungawan Hon.Carlnan Climaco and PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay conducted an anti-drug advocacy campaign as part of its community involvement against illegal drugs, an anti–drug video presentation and a PDEA dissemination on recruitment for DEO’s held at Tungawan Sports Complex, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay,as part of their celebration on “58th Araw ng Tungawan”. This forms part of PDEA’s aim to expand its anti –drugs advocacy campaign Instilling awareness on drug prevention and control to the municipal and barangay officials, constituents, youth, and other stakeholders as they are part of PDEA’s support systems in the fight against illegal drugs. On January 29, 2019 at around 0800H – 1300H, PDEA IX Zamboanga City AirportInterdiction Unit headed by AIU Supervisor Agent Jill Rouvenn P Genotivo and team member Agent Feicies S Agravante.conducted daily profiling and inspection at Zamboanga International Airport. Areas covered for profiling and inspection were at the airport’s arrival area and Cebu Pacific Cargo Area.

On January 29, 2019, at around 0900H, personnel of this Office led by Agent Jury G Rocamora, Investigation Agent III, City Officer, proceeded to Sangguniang Panglungsod Conference Hall, together with Zamboanga City Police Office led by PSSUPT THOMAS JOSEPH I MARTIR, and received an award of commendation given by the Sangguniang Panglungsod Members, for the successful high impact operation conducted on January 15, 2019, which resulted to the seizure of one (1) kilo of shabu, and the arrest of Ismael Nasal y Indalez a.ka “Maeng”, Sadan Alkaris y Jailani and Rajan Jumaani y Sahaw. Said activity concluded at about 1030H of the same date.

On January 30, 2019 at around 2015H, joint elements of this office, personnel of Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao and Philippine Port Authority-Zamboanga City conducted random inspection at Port of Zamboanga, Zamboanga City. The Operation yielded negative for any presence of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and deadly weapons. The operation ended on or about 2200H of the same date. On January 31, 2019 at around 1300H, operatives of this office from PDEA Zamboanga City Office visited the transient houses near the vicinity of the Office and re-established rapport with the owners of Transient houses. Furthermore, the team also conducted anti-illegal drug awareness to the residents and boarders of the said transient houses.
