So you are correct - Wakefield's original research has been replicated by numerous researchers. NO LINK BETWEEN MMR AND AUTISM HAS BEEN FOUND.14 August at 05:28 · Like · 9

I'm also curious about the Tripedia DTaP that states in it's inserts that 2 posible side effects are SIDS and Autism.

New American research shows that there could be a link between the controversial MMR triple vaccine and autism and bowel disease in children

Allison Hagood Daily Fail is a source? Tsk tsk.

Inserts are required by law to list all adverse EVENTS (which are different than EFFECTS) that occur to anyone during the development or after-market phase of the use of a medication. If a person develops a cold after receiving a vaccine, that must be included. However, it in no way indicates that those events are side effects. You fail in your understanding of that issue.

Wakefield's retracted and fraudulent study is easily available online, if you care to read your false hero's actual results, which once again found no link between MMR vaccines and autism.

Let me repeat myself, since you've proven yourself incapable of reading plain English:

Allison Hagood Vaccines do not cause autism. The only study that supposedly implicated the link was retracted as fraudulent, and the lead author was stripped of his medical credentials. Multiple studies in multiple countries over multiple decades with multiple research groups using multiple research models and multiple funding sources have found no link between vaccines and autism.

A Finnish study that looked at 1.8 million people in terms of the relationship between vacccines and adverse events, including autism. No link was found: http://ukpmc.ac.uk/abstract/MED/9643797/reload=0;jsessionid=mLq71FMeRXidCH5Xpnrs.0

A Danish study that looked at more than 500,000 people. No link between the MMR and autism was found:http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa021134 In Denmark, 956

Page 4: Anti-vax advocate works with elderly

children were diagnosed with autism during the period from 1971–2000. “There was no trend toward an increase in the incidence of autism during that period when thimerosal was used in Denmark, up through 1990. From 1991 until 2000 the incidence increased and continued to rise after the removal of thimerosal from vaccines, including increases among children born after the discontinuation of thimerosal Conclusions: “The discontinuation of thimerosal-containing vaccines in Denmark in 1992 was followed by an increase in the incidence of autism. Our ecological data do not support a correlation between thimerosal-containing vaccines and the incidence of autism”. http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/112/3/604.abstract

A Canadian study that ruled out an association between thimerosal or the MMR vaccine and autism:http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/118/1/e139.short

A Japanese study that showed no relationship between vaccines and autism: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1469-7610.2005.01425.x/full A California study showing no relationship between vaccines and autism: http://archpsyc.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=482546

A review of the hypothesis that vaccines are related to autism: http://cid.oxfordjournals.org/content/48/4/456.full.pdf+html

After analyzing over 1,000 research papers, a report issued by the IOM (Institute of Medicine) found no evidence linking vaccines to autism. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/233438.php

In Poland, administered childhood vaccines still contain thimerosal as a preservative. This study included 96 cases diagnosed with childhood or atypical autism and 192 matched (non-autistic) controls. Data on the other possible autism risk factors were collected from mothers. Conditional logistic regression was used to assess the risk of autism due to Thimerosal Containing Vaccines (TCVs) exposure. NO significant association was found between TCVs exposure and autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22184954

A critical review of published original data on Thimerosal-containing vaccines and autistic spectrum disorder found that: "Studies do NOT demonstrate a link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and ASD, and the pharmacokinetics of ethylmercury make such an association less likely. Epidemiologic studies that support a link demonstrated significant design flaws that invalidate their conclusions. Evidence does not support a change in the standard of practice with regard to administration of thimerosal-containing vaccines in areas of the world where they are used." http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15342856

Taylor et al reviewed 498 cases of autism among children born since 1979 and did not find an epidemiological link with MMR vaccine administration. Specifically, there was no ‘step-up’ increase in the diagnosis of autism or significant change in the autism diagnosis trend lines associated with the introduction and uptake of MMR vaccine in the universal vaccine schedule. As well, there was no difference in the age of diagnosis among children who were never vaccinated, those vaccinated before 18 months of age and those vaccinated after 18 months of age. No temporal association between the onset of autism and the receipt of the vaccine was seen. There was no clustering of developmental regression in the months following MMR vaccination among children with diagnosed autism. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10376617

Page 5: Anti-vax advocate works with elderly

This US study of 256 children with ASD and 752 matched controls found that: "prenatal and early-life exposure to ethylmercury from thimerosal-containing vaccines and immunoglobulin preparations was not related to increased risk of ASDs." http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20837594

A similar lack of correlation has also been noted in Sweden where prevalence rates of autism did not change following the introduction of MMR immunization. Gillberg C, Heijbel H. MMR and autism. Autism. 1998;2:423–4 A case-control study in Asia: Cases (n=189) were diagnosed with ASD, and controls (n=224). "In this study, there were not any convincing evidences that MMR vaccination and increasing the number of vaccine injections were associated with an increased risk of ASD in a genetically homogeneous population. Therefore, these findings indicate that there is NO basis for avoiding vaccination out of concern for ASD." http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22521285

Level of autism in adults similar to that in Children: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21536975 Debunking the too many, too soon argument: http://jpeds.com/webfiles/images/journals/ympd/JPEDSDeStefano.pdf: "Increasing exposure to antibody-stimulating proteins and polysac- charides in vaccines during the first 2 years of life was not related to the risk of developing an ASD"

Institute of Medicine report on Vaccines and Autism: http://www.iom.edu/Reports/2004/Immunization-Safety-Review-Vaccines-and-Autism.aspx: "the body of epidemiological evidence favors rejection of a causal relationship between the MMR vaccine and autism. The committee also concludes that the body of epidemiological evidence favors rejection of a causal relationship between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism. The committee further finds that potential biological mechanisms for vaccine-induced autism that have been generated to date are theoretical only."

Cochran Review on Vaccines and Autism: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2528717/ The Cochrane Review on Vaccines and Autism: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22336803 Exposure to the MMR vaccine was unlikely to be associated with autism, asthma, leukaemia, hay fever, type 1 diabetes, gait disturbance, Crohn's disease, demyelinating diseases, bacterial or viral infections.

Lauren Elizabeth Tardi no. only FIVE vaccines are required IF you don't have an exemption. And yes, I understand what you are saying...you are EXEMPT from the rules..which is LEGAL and ALLOWED because hey, if you can CHOOSE to mutilate your son's body at birth with a circumcision a parent should be able to choose if they want to vaccinate or not no?Yesterday at 10:12 · Edited · Like

Embarrassed Cousins of Proud Parents of Unvaccinated Children Call the school for what? To confirm that you're a shit nurse, that your program is a shit program, and that you deserve to have your professional licensure revoked so that you are not allowed to be around vulnerable patients?

No need for that. Your posts here confirm all of that nicely. You're a fucking moron, and a dangerous nutjob, and I only hope that one day you are removed from your job for your behaviors.6 hours ago · Like · 4

Embarrassed Cousins of Proud Parents of Unvaccinated Children Licensure and regulations for individuals are at the state level in America. Schools and programs often have to follow national standards, though. And that makes Lauren a liar, since no accredited nursing program would openly deny that germs cause disease (not poor nutrition). Therefore, she attended an uncredited nursing program that doesn't follow the best practices of the science of nursing and medicine, making her an unlicensed health care provider of some kind.5 hours ago · Like

Embarrassed Cousins of Proud Parents of Unvaccinated Children Actually, I'm leaving your posts up so that everyone can read the mindset of the typical vaccine denialist nurse who feels that it's acceptable to murder patients through her lack of protection, spreading of disease, and denial of germ theory, and who feels that the children of vaccinated parents are gross and must be killed by disease.3 hours ago · Like · 4

Dorit Reiss By the way, Xandy Gilmore, a child can sue a parent for not vaccinating in some states - depending what the laws are about parental immunity. It's an easier suit legally than suing another family for not vaccinating. But practically it's often not worth it since the parents will be covering the child's costs anyhow.2 hours ago via mobile · Like · 3

Jacquelinny Eileen Filing suit on a parent of an unvaccinated child would, from my lay understanding of law, be difficult to achieve. Too many X factors in the AV parent's favor. HOWEVER...
