• lead smarter – lead young as well as experienced talent in such a way that they stay with the company

• enhance performance – lead and work at an ever increasing pace and with greater complexity.

• maintain performance – work at optimal performance levels yet avoid burn out

Today, effective and influential leaders are required to display:

• speed – ability to be mentally agile, make fast decisions, adapt to and lead rapid change
