the start of a new development project «Ocean

Grove» on the island of St. Kitts: 47 villas to be

built on Sandy Bank Bay at Christophe Harbour,

which spans 2 500 acres across the stunning

southeast peninsula.

Ocean Grove is authorized by the government

of St. Kitts as a citizens hip by investment

project.

cal developer, and a group of investors brought on

board by APEX, to purchase 2,47 acres of land in the

historic core of downtown Charleston.
