HealthXpressLabs provides 2 FREE Lab Tests (valued at almost $500 each) per year. Members receive a Blood Spot Collection Kit which includes testing materials for Advanced Cholesterol, Complete Lipid Panel and A1c Test. Participants can provide a blood sample without the pain, bruising, and worry associated with the standard venipuncture collection process. How does it work?Once you get into your account, you will have access to a variety of different health assessments for you to get more knowledge about your medical history. HealthXpressRecords is an Emergency Medical Solution & Personal Health Record (PHR) System that allows members to add, edit and store lifesaving emergency contact and medical information. In the event of an emergency, First Responders have access to a member’s health profile, as well as the information needed to contact family members and alert them of their current condition.
How to UseVisit ICEtracer.com and click on “Register” in the top right-hand corner. Fill out the registration form with your information and on Step 4 make sure to put in the group code: HXP247
Upon registration, an auto-generated Member ID # and QR Code with embedded personal health profile URL is created.

You will receive an email with a tag id#. To activate, select “Active Tag” and enter ID#. Go to your account and begin in-putting all your pet’s information from emergency contacts to medical conditions.
