Diocesan Sunday – March 6, 2016
• Remember and acknowledge God’s blessings and guidance
received in and through the Diocese.
• Clergy pulpit exchange will be arranged by the Diocese.
• Envelopes are to be distributed to all parishioners to raise
funds apart from offertory.
• Each family should contribute a minimum of $20 towards
Diocesan Sunday Collection.
Worship Service
Thanks to all who assisted in today’s worship service.
Next Sunday, January 24th, 2016, there will be Holy Qurbana
in Malayalam starting at 10:15 AM. The chief celebrant will be
our Vicar, Rev. Shaiju P. John.

General Body Meeting Notice
The General Body meeting of St. Paul’s Mar Thoma Church
will be held on Sunday, January 24th 2016 in the Sanctuary
following the Holy Communion service to transact the following
agenda:
• Facilities expansion task team presentation
• AOB with the permission of Chair

Fasting Prayer - Friday, January 22nd, 10:00 AM at the
residence of Mr. & Mrs. Chacko T Oommen & Salomi
Manna Prayer - Today, January 17th, 6:00 PM at the residence
of Mr. & Mrs. Rajan C. George & Nirmala.
Emmanuel Prayer – Postponed till next Sunday, January 24th
7:00 PM at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas George &
Anieamma.
SS Announcements
Sunday School starts at 8:30 am every Sunday.
There will be a Sunday school teacher’s meeting in the Sunday
school room immediately after the service today. All teachers
are requested to attend.
2016 Refreshment sign up sheet is available on the Sunday
school bulletin board. Please sign up for available slots.

Youth Fellowship
There will be a Youth Fellowship officer transition meeting this
upcoming week. The time and date will be notified later via
group me. 2015 & 2016 officers are requested to attend.
There will be a Youth Fellowship general body meeting on
Sunday, January 31st after the church service in the Sunday
school rooms. All members are requested to attend.

Diocesan Youth Fellowship
Notice
Only registered Parish Youth Fellowship units and registered
youth fellowship members (age 12-35) will be able to
participate in the diocesan, regional & center related youth
fellowship activities.
The registration form needs to be filled out, signed by the vicar,
and returned along with the registration fee of $1 per person to
Diocesan Youth Fellowship on or before the deadline.
The deadline for registration is set for February 15, 2016.
Young Families Fellowship
Young Families Fellowship will meet:
Friday, January 22nd, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM at church.
All Young Families are encouraged to participate

Sevika Sangam
Center "A" Sevika Sangam meeting and the 2015 Varshika
yogam will be held at Carrollton MTC on Saturday, Jan 23rd,
2016 from 9.30am -1.00 pm. All Sevika Sangam members are
cordially invited to attend this meeting. They will also be
conducting a condolence meeting for our late Suffragan
Metropolitan, The Rt. Rev. Dr. Zacharias Mar Theophilus.

Sabha Tharaka postage has increased from Rs.450 to
Rs.1000/- per year, effective as of January 2016. Please
contact Tharaka Promotor, Mr. John Oommen, for any
questions.
Members from Mar Thoma Church of Dallas Farmers Branch
are visiting us today to sell raffle tickets in order to fundraise for
their new auditorium. All members are requested to cooperate
with them.
