Withdrawn Status Option:If you wish to mark an applicant “Withdrawn” after they have already been marked “Selected candidate”, you will choose from two options:

If UCSF declined to make a formal offer, you will

select, “Campus declined to make offer”

If the applicant withdrew him/herself,

you will select the “Withdrawn” option.

Withdrawn Status Option (cont.):

Once you select the “Withdrawn” option, a pop up confirmation screen will inquire as to why the applicant withdrew.

1. You must select one of the reasons listed2. Select “Yes, change status”
