Bedroom The “Vélux “ windows in the roof are equipped with blinds to darken the rooms, as well as « marquisettes » which protect against the sun’s rays. Lovely curtains have been designed to confer warmth to the windows.

The bed measures 1'40m and the chest of drawers has found its perfect place in the niche under the roof.

The walls of the apartment have been plated with wood which gives it a very cozy

atmosphere. The antique furniture, curtains , spreads, rugs and decorations are of precious materials and in warm shades with a predominance of red, color of wood and antique gold. The spot lights are equipped with dimmers in order to create an atmosphere adapted to each need.

The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are made of terra cotta from Siena. The furniture is of oak wood and cooking is done on an induction surface. The equipment is completed by a big refrigerator with an important freezing compartment and a micro wave oven with a grill. The Italian expresso machine, the toaster, the mixer and the high quality cooking utensils will be the delight of a top-notch chef. A complete China ware dinner service from Limoges for six , crystal wine, champagne etc. glasses, silver plated services etc. will allow you to host the most important VIPs.

Palais Wilson which is home to the United Nations’ High Commissioner for Human Rights as well as the prestigious Hotel President-Wilson. Both face Lac Léman and the promenade leading to the historical center.

Conditions for rent

• Preference will be given to companies or international organisations who wish to rent the apartment for their

personnel or visitors for at least one year.

• The monthly rent of CHF 2‘600 includes the reception of TV-radio (Billag) and the reception of satellite television. Charges for warm water and heating are CHF 125 per month.

• The apartment is completed by a private box in a closed garage on the same street at the price of SFr 200.

• Electricity, telephone and internet connexion must be ordered by the client in his own name are not included in the rent.

• A personal liability insurance is mandatory as well as a three months’ rent deposit. The apartment is extremely well insured with the Allianz Insurance Company against fire and water damages as well as theft.
