POLICY
How much to Pay
For APC 2016, you can pay in one of the following currencies on corresponding
price: CNY, EUR, USD. The total amount you need to pay per delegate is:
1820CNY / 280USD / 254EUR
This includes:
• Delegation Fee: 1660CNY / 255USD / 231EUR
• Damage Deposit: 160CNY / 25USD / 23 EUR
(It’s refundable after the conference if no damage is made.)
How to Pay
You could make the transfer either by personal transfer or by group transfer, and
you may choose to pay in one of the following methods:

How to Pay
Method 2: Through PayPal
For PayPal transfer, only USD and EUR will be accepted, and you will have to pay
an additional 17USD / 21 EUR to cover further PayPal service expense.

Note
1. After your payment, please finish the APC 2016 official delegates survey to
provide your payment evidence.
2. Please note that you will need to pay all costs regarding money transfer.
3. Please keep a copy of the receipt you received from your bank.
4. In the case of any difference between the standard price and the amount
received, CC VPF will deduct the gap from your damage deposit.

Note:
1. Payment is the only way to confirm your attendance to APC 2016.
2. Any late payment transferred before March 30 will be fined a penalty of
200CNY; Late payment transferred after March 30 will not be accepted.

Deadlines for payment and email
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance to the conference after transferring the
fee, the following will apply:
Cancellation procedure
For cancellation, please send an official email to [email protected] with
“Delegation Cancellation_ Your AIESEC Member Committee_Your Name” as the
subject.
CC will then confirm each cancellation by an email, and transfer available
refund to delegate after the conference. All the transfer costs will be paid by the
delegate.
The available refund equals fees paid minus cancellation fee, calculated in your
payment currency.
Cancellation Fee
For official delegates in all rounds, the following fees and dates are applicable for
cancellation without replacement approved by MC:
-- Until March 17 at 23:59 GMT+8: 0 CNY / 0 USD / 0 EUR(Free of charge)
-- From March 18 to March 22 23:59 GMT+8: 1000 CNY / 160 USD / 140 EUR
-- Since March 23: 1660CNY / 255USD / 231EUR
Exceptional Cases
If the delegation is cancelled due to force majeure, which only includes personal
illness and visa rejection after finishing all due process on time following the
guidance of CCT.
Please contact CCT via [email protected] with “Exceptional Case_ Your
AIESEC Member Committee_Your Name” as the subject, and provide all
necessary documents as further requested.
The CC VPF will analyze the information provided, withhold only 160 CNY / 32 USD
/ 28 EUR to cover hotel cancellation fee while refunding remaining part.

GUIDANCE
For International Delegates (Except from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
Here are the documents you shall prepare before submission of visa application:
1. Basic Documents
(1) Passport
Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages,
and a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate.
(2) Visa Application Form and Photo
One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken color passport photo
(bare-head, full face) against a light background attached
(3) Proof of legal stay or residence status (applicable to those not applying for the
visa in their country of citizenship)
If you are not applying for the visa in the country of your citizenship, you must
provide the original and photocopy of your valid certificates or visa of stay,
residence, employment or student status, or other valid certificates of legal staying
provided by the relevant authorities of the country where you are currently staying.
(4) Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable
to foreign citizens those who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign
citizenship)
If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you should provide your
previous Chinese passport held and a photocopy of its data page.
If you have obtained Chinese visas before and want to apply for a Chinese visa
with a renewed foreign passport that does not contain any Chinese visa, you
should present the photocopy of the previous passport's data page and the photo
page if it is separate, as well as the previous Chinese visa page. (If your name on
the current passport differs from that on the previous one, you must provide an
official document of name change.)
Categories Description of Visa:
(1) M-Visa: Issued to those who intend to go to China for commercial
and trade activities.
(2) L-Visa: Issued to those who intend to go to China as a tourist.
We highly recommend all delegates to apply for M or L VISA to come to
China.
For International Delegates (Except from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
2. Supporting Documents
M-Visa
Documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or
trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual.
The invitation letter should contain:
• Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
• Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates,
place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity
or individual, financial source for expenditures)
• Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone
number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the
inviting individual)
L-Visa
Documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip)
and proof of a hotel reservation, etc. or an invitation letter issued by a relevant
entity or individual in China. The invitation letter should contain:
• Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
• Information on the planned visit (arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be
visited, etc.)
• Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone
number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the
inviting individual)
For International Delegates (Except from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
3. Special Reminder
(1) CCT suggest all delegates, please visit the website of the relevant Chinese
Embassy or Consulate General before applying VISA. Chinese Embassy or
Consulate General reserves the right of final interpretation, our guidance is only
for reference.
(2) CCT will provide invitation letter if needed. For delegates who want a
invitation letter, please follow the steps below:
A) Download the unstamped & unedited version of the type of invitation letter you
need. You can find them in the folder: https://goo.gl/F8Unc9
B) Turn to page 2 (English version), and fill in the blanks with your CORRECT information
based on your passport.
C) Save it as doc/docx and upload it to the Unstamped Folder, in your entity's folder.
D) CCT will stamp these files and fill in the blanks in page 1 (Chinese version) based on
the information you've given in page 2 (English version).
E) CCT will upload them to the Stamped Folder, in your entity's folder.
*CCT will check the Unstamped Folder everyday to ensure all of you get the visa as
soon as possible.
F) Download your invitation letter from the Stamped Folder and get your visa!
(3) If necessary, the consular officer may require the applicant to provide other
proof documents or supplementary materials, or require an interview with the
applicant.
(4) The consular officer will decide on whether or not to issue the visa and on its
validity, duration of stay and number of entries in light of specific conditions of the
applicant.

Consulate General.
For Delegates from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
香港和澳門地區的Delegates可辦理《港澳居民來往內地通行證》,臺灣地區的

What is WeChat?
It is a free messaging & calling app that allows you to
connect with family & friends across countries. It is the
all-in-one communications app for free text
(SMS/MMS), voice & video calls, moments, photo sharing, and games.
Almost everyone in China use WeChat as the main
communication tool.
Why WeChat?
1. In China, we need to circumvent the great firewall
to use most of foreign social softwares which is not
easy.
2. Almost everyone in China use WeChat to
communicate.
3. In addition, WeChat has so many special functions,
like “Group Chat”, “Moments (photo sharing and
personal updates)” and so on.
4. CCT will also deliver important information and

For those who may want a pre-stay or post-stay, we provide you the
same hotel as our conference at a discount price. More information of
pre-stay or post-stay will be launched in our next booklet.
Both Pudong and Hongqiao International Airport have easy access to
our hotel, but Hongqiao International Airport is closer.
Pick-up service is only provided at Pudong International Airport, as this
airport covers most of international flights. The schedule of pick-up will
be based on delegates’ arriving time. Don’t worry, the detailed
information about transportation from both airports will be provided in
our next booklet.
