Focus

on a very specific target group, youngsters in prison that undergo VET. There experience are interrupted or ad hoc vocations in education leading to a shortage of proved competences which makes it difficult to enter either vocational education or the labor market afterwards.

Aim

This should give them a better change to continue VET or start working after leaving the prison should prevent fallback into criminal behavior.

Based on

the instrument ROC Aventus and JPC De Sprengen have used during a pilot: a portfolio and APL. The project will upgrade this instruments based on experiences of others and will pilot the upgraded instrument in all participating countries.
