1 Small-leafed lime 650mm 14m 7.5 6# 6.8 7# 3.5m Mature Average Indifferent

Single trunk with small amount of epicormic growth from base on all sides; slight lean to SW of approx 10 degrees; lean corrects by 2m; forks at approx 3m into dominant W/subdominant E stems; E stem forks again almost immediately; appears to have been repeatedly cut back from properties immediately to E/road from W; lifted over access to W; couple of old pruning wounds which form small cavities in scaffold; appear to be healing well but cannot assess; small amount of deadwood within crown; canopy appears typical for species; appears to be under extensive attack by leaf miner; virtually entire canopy affected; established tree; likely visible for medium distances N/S along Horninglow Street; provides an area of dense screen to the building immediately to its E.

C12 7.8

2 Ash 760mm 16m 7.5 9 8 5.5 4m Mature Average Indifferent

Growing in a front garden; fence disappears into deep Ivy on the N side of the trunk; does not appear to be absorbed although unclear; Ivy has been killed as of 1.25m; remains of dead Ivy present up to approx 5m; single upright trunk; forks at approx 4m into dominant upright/subdominant NE/subsidiary SE stems; appears to be a pocket forming through cannot inspect; large number of water shoots throughout canopy; above average deadwood; leaf size smaller than average; tree is obviously stressed fro some reason; no obvious signs of pathogens present; provides a length of screen to residential property to S and views across railway to N; likely visible to for mid-long distances from N to commercial and residential properties; some signs of relatively recent trenching works within tarmac surfacing to W; could have caused root damage leading to the signs of stress.

7-10 Leyland cypress 230# 6m 2.5# 0.5m Early Mature Average Indifferent

Planted in an approx triangular formation in the corner of two fences; all are singles trunked; none appear to have been topped in the past; unlikely that they have been hedge trimmed at ay point; form a common crown with a small block which is off site and trees will form a constraint. PReviously reduced to approx. 5m. Strcucture typical for species

C1 2.7

11 Silver birch 160mm (SW)210mm (NE) 7.5m 3m 2.5 Early Mature Average Poor

Single upright trunk with a large subsidiary to SW which has now grown out enough to become a second stem; canopy and structure typical of species although slightly drawn up due to mutual suppression; provides a short length of screen between residential property to E and site to W. Leader removed at approx. 3.5m

Three Ash and one Goat willow; all grow up through the base of a chain link fence; bases difficult to access due to presence of fence and dense vegetation so diameters estimated; T3 and T6 are stand alone trees; T4 and T5 share a common crown; all multistemmed from at/near ground level; stems are approx vertical in most cases; all have relatively drawn up/etiolated structures; T6 has a typical domed shape; in all four cases structures and canopy are typical for the species in this context; low quality due to poor structure; low value due to location adjacent to the a road bridge which means that they are only principally visible only across site; would need to be removed if fence were removed.

G1 Leyland cypress Up to 100mm @arf

Up to 2.25m 0.75m 0m Young Average Moderate

Off site but very close to fence; diameters estimated; appears to be regularly maintained on all sides giving a hedge of good structure which provides a short length of dense screen between industrial units to E and site to W.

C12 1.2

G2 Leyland cypress Up to 110mm @arf Up to 6m 2m 0.5m Young Average Indifferent

Short length of Leyland cypress hedge in former church grounds; off site; unlikely to form a constraint due to difference in levels requiring retaining wall between church and site; retaining wall will constitute a root barrier.

C12 1.2

G3 Leyland cypress 350mm max Up to 13.5m 3.5m 2m Early Mature Average Indifferent

Line of approx 20 Leyland cypress trees situated in rear garden; diameters estimated; planted as a hedge; likely that they have been trimmed on the faces at some point; do not appear to have been topped at any point leaving a line of indifferent structure due to mutual suppression leading to low quality; moderate value for the dense high level screen they provide between residential properties to W/site to E.

C12 4.2

G4 Lawson cypress Up to 300mm # @arf Up to 9m 3m 0.5m Early Mature Average Indifferent

Growing within fence line of Coors Brewery; extended line of conifers; appears to be regularly topped at approx 5m; current height 6m suggesting it could do with being trimmed again soon; likely that faces are also trimmed regularly; provides a dense mid level screen between Coors Brewery to S and Hawkins Lane to N.

C12 3.6

G5 Various 300mm max 3m to 8m 2.75m 0m Young - Early Mature Average Indifferent

Collection of various species which include Field maple, Ash, Rowan, Lime, Dwarf cypress, Bird cherry and Holly; planted as a dense screening belt between site to S and Hawkins Lane to N; considerably less dense to the E of the Brewery entrance likely due to being shaded out by the Conifers behind; collection of established ornamental plantings providing a dense screen; all of indifferent to low quality due to mutual suppression; particularly to the E of the site in front of G4 specimens are for the most part very young; all would be readily replaceable with suitable replanting.

C12 3.6

Collection of three established ornamental plantings which provide a short length of screen between roundabout to N and Little Burton East to the SE; T33 London plane, T34 Pillar apple, T35 Norway maple.
