Venue Name: Luna Park – Big Top

The Big Top is able to accommodate a wide variety of uses. The entire auditorium is licensed for 2950 in GA standing mode, in‐the‐round seating

provides capacity for approximately 2,000 people. It has a flat floor space of approximately 1,500m² plus a mezzanine level of 11m x 30m.

The Crystal Palace a heritage listed building, it has 6m floor to ceiling windows. It is the main corporate function and banqueting venue for Luna Park.

It contains three separate venues which can be combined into one event space. The Crystal Palace is licensed for up to 1,300 people and can hold 800+

people in banquet style over two levels.

The Sydney Showground Located at Sydney Olympic Park is operated by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW with the NSW Government and the home of the Royal Easter Show The RAS is a not for profit organization. Sydney Park extends over 40 hectares of open parkland providing for a diverse range of passive and active recreation. The Alan Davidson Oval located in the northeastern corner of the park is a sports oval providing facilities for cricket and Australian Rules football. The pavilion contains public toilet facilities. Pirrama Park (formally known as The New Park at the Former Water Police Site) on Sydney’s waterfront is a public parkland for local users and the wider community.
