    Organize meeting with Design team, the Employer and ensure that the Employers/end user requirementshas been addressed in the finalized design.

    Regularly monitor and ensure implementation of document control system during construction. Review the schedule in logical steps to ensure that the project is within budget and time to meet

    deadlines. Review and approve work progress, costs, and scheduling. Review the Contractors submittals and their respective approval status and follow up in line with

    deadlines mentioned in the approved construction schedule. Regularly monitor the contractors procurement plan and shipments status to ensure timely delivery of

    materials and equipment to meet the dead lines. Review and approve Method statements of sub structural/ super structural works i.e. piling and shoring

    works for beep basement works, raft/ pile foundations and super structural works. Monitor contractors compliance on codes/ standards / technical specifications and provide guide lines to

    execution team. Reply Contractors technical queries related to design and construction on priority basis.

    Associates (NDA) were commissioned (in association with ADGI of USA to carry out PeerReview and Value engineering for the Foundation Piling Package which originallycomprised of about 2500 bored cast in situ piles 1200mm diameter and 40 meter long. Thevalue engineering exercise resulted in a saving of about USD 15 Million to the Client. As aLocal Consultant for Structural and Geotechnical Design and Resident supervision(Excavated level 57 ft. below Road Level), Noor Durrani & Associates Designed,Supervised and Evaluated Full Scale Pile Load Tests on 1200mm bored cast in situ pileswith a working load of 750 tons (ultimate load 1500tons). This is the heaviest pile load testcarried out in Pakistan to date.
