Stimulus Clubs At Appleby we don't have one science club. As part of the Stimulus programme we currently have around ten including the following: ◦ Electronics ◦ Robotics ◦ Rocket Science ◦ BAYS (British Association of Young Scientists) ◦ Salter's Chemistry ◦ Anatomy ◦ Mechanical Engineering ◦ Café Sci ◦ Astronomy ◦ Stimulus Radio
Sporting activities include rugby, football, basketball, cricket, athletics, cross-country, hockey, netball, tennis, rounders and gymnastics.
School clubs also include various Music Clubs, Geography Club, Information Technology, Games and Dance Workshops.
Musical activities, including orchestra, concert band, woodwind, brass, string, jazz and guitar groups, are available during lunch times.
The school aims to put on one major drama or
musical production every other year and two large music concerts each year.
