An MC is a team composed by strangers with different personalities, nationalities, religions and ideals but brought together by the same vision of growth, commitment and passion.

The MC experience is something that will change you, from the very moment you decide to apply, but it dœsn´t finish when your term dœs, it´s a developing experience of great impact for your life.

AIESEC in El Salvador, has been through different moments, ups and downs, where key points to reach those ups have been commitment and passion for the organization.

Now, we know that many people will want to become the next MC for period 15-16, a team that will achieve greatness and break boundaries, a team that will face every challenge for this entity to keep on living and growing.

It is an honor for us to release MC 15-16 applications, a new generation that will impact El Salvador and build a legacy for this country. Do not hesitate on applying, you can be part of a major history change in a lot of lifes.

MCVP OGX1. How do you see the OGX area evolving in the term 2015-2016? Please provide all relevant data analysis, statis-tical reports, historical information, graphs and charts that support logical justification for your answer.

3. Present a balance scorecard for the teams of OGX and MKT for showing the strategy that you want to follow and explain the synergy that you plan to have between these two for your term.

4. What are the key bottlenecks hindering the GIP / GCDP Program in AIESEC in El Salvador? Why they haven’t been solved? Please be specific.

5. Please propose a strategy to optimize matching for oGIP and oGCDP? Please explain the expected out comes.

6. What are the main tools that you are going to use to fulfill your goals and maintain your team motivated? Please be specific.

7. Please analyze the top demanders of AIESEC El Salvador GIP / GCDP Eps

8. What other sub-products / EP backgrounds / New Mar-kets should AIESEC in El Salvador work? Please be elabo-rate and justify your answer.

9. How do you plan to tackle the problem of delayed response from all OGX members in order to make the OGX process faster? Please be elaborate and justify your answer.

2. Taking into consideration the reality of AIESEC in El Salva-dor propose an education cycle for the members

3. What strategies will you use to verify that all members reach a proper education in matter of the AIESEC essence core areas and goals?

4. Management is responsible for TMP and TLP goals, how can TM drive OGX and ICX goals to?

5. How much importance will you give to team minimums and what strategies will you implement to successfully accomplish them?

6. How will you implement OD processes in AIESEC in El Salvador?

7. Present an structure for NSTs and TM area in general and mention how this could increase TMs growth and goals
