4 LNB Feeds Over Single Fiber DWDM Satellite TV over fiber system for MDU or Municipal FTTx distribution systems. Integrates four independent L-Band optical DWDM transmitters with optical multiplexing filter Combines up to four coax feeds from LNB to a single fiber with four RF carriers on C-Band optics for use with EDFA. Application Drawing: DWDM + EDFA = FTTx This platform is available with multiple output power options as well as different DWDM passive and fiber options. The chassis can be ordered without internal passives for use with an external DWDM. Thor provides full system design and integration services for any scale system. This platform can also work with GPON or AE systems to provide internet and telephone service in addition to Satellite TV over a single fiber. When used with EDFA optical amplifiers and PLC splitters, this transmitter can deliver service to up to 512 optical receivers. For systems requiring more subscribers, Thor offers externally modulated systems by request. Alternately, multiple transmitters can be used. All configuration settings are power levels can be managed through the web interface, and SNMP is available. 4 LNB Feeds Over Single Fiber DWDM

Thor Integrated DWDM receivers combine optical filters

with 4 discrete L-Band outputs. These subscriber units

can be customized for any optical channels or signal types.

In addition to L-Band, cable TV RF (45-900MHz) can also

be added as an option. By incorporating the DWDM

seperation filter into the chassis, only one fiber is needed

to carry all necessary satellite sources and polarities. RF

outputs are provided on standard 75 Ohm Type-F

connectors. This system is designed to connect directly to The customer premise equipment, such as an MDU distributor or single wire multiswitch. This platforms low cost point makes it

useful for both large MDU installations as well as municipal scale fiber to the home deployments. Suitable for long fiber runs,

Thor RF receivers have high sensitivity diodes that function down to -12 dBm optical power level. This high sensitivity allows

longer fiber runs with more splits and splices. In addition, the use of C-Band DWDM optics allows for EDFA in line

amplification. Thor DWDM L-Band systems are designed for large installations requiring scalability. Additional EDFA

amplifiers can be added at any time to increase subscriber capacity without requiring a substantial expense. Thor provides
