If the horse has been colour / coat pattern DNA tested a copy of these results MUST accompany this application

PROOF OF LEGAL OWNERSHIP: Included ONE of the following documents if you are NOT the breeder:

Copy of other breed society registration showing horse in your name

Copy of other breed society signed transfer – must be signed by the owner listed on the rego certificate

Copy of receipt signed by the seller

Statutory declaration stating you are the legal owner of the horse

Copy of signed lease agreement or letter from the legal owner if you are in the process of paying off the

horse OR if you have an official lease agreement

Composite Dilutes

All horses will be registered into their primary register as per Reg 4. Horses carrying additional dilution genes are eligible for optional registration in those registers with the exception of:

* palominos carrying other dilutions will be registered as those other dilutions, not as palominos * champagnes carrying a single copy of cream can only be registered as champagnes, not as palominos, buckskins or smoky blacks * pearls carrying cream can only be registered as pearls, not as palominos, buckskins or smoky blacks

Ancillaries DILUTE ancillaries must be registered in their respective dilute register to be eligible for Ancillary registration.

Fees are in addition to their dilute registration fees.
