The main window displays the status of the system in real time. It uses colored animations so it is easy to understand the current status of the machine. It also allows manual transfer with Drag & Drop.
You can register up to 400 processes in one Job data and do various process designs by combinations of these processes. Also, you can specify machines, setup stations, tools, fixtures, pallets, and machining programs to be used in each process. For workpiece information, pictures of finished products, materials, and setup information can be registered.
The easy-to-understand conversational-type wizard screen used for setting processes and production schedules requires 70% less time than before.

Grouping of multiple jobs
Up to 32 fixture attachment faces on one pallet
You can register and manage multiple Job data by grouping. There are two types of grouping: Job group and Order group.
Up to 32 fixture attachment faces can be installed on one pallet. From the Control Center, you can check the types, number, and conditions of workpieces loaded on the pallets with an easy access to each pallet data.
■ Job group ■ Order group
Job data can be grouped by unit, so you can make efficient plans to meet production schedule.
Workpieces which are machined all together on the same pallet can be grouped into a Order group, enabling efficient setup.

From the control center, you can access each pallet’s data just by clicking on the pallet and check progress in real time.
The status of Jobs on 32 faces can be displayed in different colors. By clicking each item, detailed information will be shown.
By right clicking, the picture of the workpieces will be shown.
Since up to 32 fixture attachment faces can be installed, setup operation for multiple items can be integrated.

You can generate production plans with production target quantities and determine the priorities of the orders to be processed by the cell controller at the production site. A wealth of functions are provided including the capacity planning function that allows you to automatically set the schedule and machine assignments based on the produc-tion plan. Schedules are generated based on production plan and the dynamically changing status of the orders and availability of resources required to produce those orders. The operation schedule function makes it easy to specify manned and unmanned shifts and to configure holiday and maintenance settings.
MCC-LPS Ⅲ provides convenient functions for making optimal and efficient use of fixtures, materials, pallets and tools. The material control function that manages stock information and enables optimal supply of material and the fixture management function that is able to manage fixtures in association with loaded pallets and jobs enable highly efficient centralized control of resources both inside and outside the system.

Remote notifi cation function
Simple to make the Performance Report with excellent visibility.
Screens can be viewed both inside and outside the company.
No matter how far away you are, it enables you to check the operation status in real time.
One of the features of MCC-LPS Ⅲ is its various report functions. Also, operating times, number of machines, etc can be recorded for one year, and can easily be displayed in graph form. It is also possible to generate customized reports and output data in a variety of formats.
The status and results at the production site can be viewed via a web-based system at any location in the company on a personal computer connected to the in-house LAN. By installing a server, you can also gain access from outside the company, for example from a personal computer at home.
If you want to check the status of the system from a distance, it will send the data from the MCC-LPS Ⅲ to the e-mail address of your mobile phone.

6 MCC-LPS Ⅲ
Improves the system operating rate through highly efficient, centralized tool management.
For LPP systems that are used for production of a variety of part types and carry on continuous operation over long periods, the centralized management of tools is indispensable. By combining MCC-LPS Ⅲ with the MCC-TMS tool management software (option), you can build a highly efficient tool management system in which tool information can be shared among multiple departments in real time. For simple tool management, embedded tool data management has also been provided as standard.

MCC-TMS is a too l
management system
which offers centralized
management of tool
data and component
parts, greatly reducing
errors and setup time.
As well as being com-
patible with Tool ID, it is effective with MCC-LPS Ⅲ for centralized
management of all the tools for the LPP, supporting long-term,
continuous operation of the machines. What’s more, by combining
the MAPPS tool management, it is possible to know in advance
about problems such as tool wear.
As a function of MAPPS Ⅳ in the machine, it is possible to
manage the information such as tool life, offset values, spindle
speed, feedrate etc. by linking them to tool numbers. And, this
will support efficient programming, machining schedules and
the actual machining.
Tool ID system
This allows automatic calling and registration of tool information, by implanting ID chips in the tools and by reading the tool information when they are attached to/removed from the machine.
OP
Machine MachineIt is possible to transfer the tool data from major tool measurement equipment.
>> Embedded tool data managementIt enables data management including management of tool life in MCC-LPS Ⅲ, estimation of tool wear based on the production schedule, and even the output of tool change reports.
Tool management system
A tool management system such as MCC-TMS is linked to MCC-LPS Ⅲ, which is installed in the LPP’s cell controller, and conducts system control which takes tool conditions into
consideration. Also, the Tool ID system automatically calls and registers the tool information to the machine.
