Oregon Promise is a state grant that helps cover tuition at any Oregon community college for recent high school and GED® test graduates.
This resource is for students who are released from an Oregon correctional facility and may be eligible for special consideration under HB 2910 (2019).

What happens after I submit my Oregon Promise application?The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) will contact you by email or mail about your application and award status. You can also log in to the OSAC Student Portal to view updates if you applied online.
