…what am I responsible for?

Prior to the U.S. teacher’s travel, you are required to correspond regularly with the U.S. teacher (email, Skype) to collaboratively develop: a resource assessment, an agenda for the two-week visit, and a plan for an 8-hour workshop.

We expect bi-weekly communication at a minimum (at least once every 2 weeks)

…what am I responsible for?

Prior to the U.S. teacher’s travel, you are required to suggest appropriate local hotel accommodations.

It is ultimately the U.S. teacher’s final choice about where they are comfortable staying.
