On satisfactory completion of probation period your appointment will be confirmed in writing and in absence of such letter your probation periocl will be deemed to have been extended till such letter is given to you, During the period of probation or on completion thereof the Management may terminate your services at its sole cliscretion and without assigning any reason or notice. The decision of the Management in this regard will be final and binding to you. 2) DLrring the employment with the company )/ou will work as directed by the management and shall perform all such functions, dLrties and responsibilities thai may be assigned and or required of you from time to tirne. Breach of itre condition on yoy part, shall make your services liable to be terminatecl. 3) During the tenure of your employment yolrr location of operations is liable to be transferred to any place in India in the group of company ur p". the requirement of the company and you shall have to work at such a place in the future. 10)In-case of lock out, strike, layoff, closure of operations etc., if regular work is notassigned and if the assigned alternative work is not accepted. It would result in loss ofpay.

1 1) If you remain absent without leave or overstay the leave granted to you, for more thanfifteen Consecutive calendar days. You will lose lien on your appointment as havingvoluntarily abandoned the services and the Company will be entitied to strike off youiname from its rolls without any reference to you.

12) You shall keep the company informed about tl,e changes, if any to your residentialaddress.

l3)The age of your retirement lsuperannuation shall be 58 years and or-r completionthereof you shall be deerned to have retired from the service of the company or anytime before that on ground of physical disability to be determined by the fompany onthe report of the company's authorized Medicar Autrrority.

l4)After confirmation, your employment is subiect to termination by 90 days, notice inwriting on either side- The company however reserves the right to terminate yourservices by giving notice pay in lieu of notice or vice a versa. The notice pay will becalculate on the basis of the basic salary only.

15)Al1 disputes arising out of this letter will be sLrbject to the jLrrisdiction of the VadodaraCourt' And that the courts, tribunals and/or aLrthorities ut Vudodu.a only shall havejurisdiction to entertain, try and decide such dispLrtes or differences arising out of orpertaining to this.contract of employment, irreipective of your working"He beingel sewhere at that times.
