•  Dealing with our skills shortage •  Ensuring stakeholders understand the requirements for sustainable transport systems, CAPEX for deployment with OPEX in the long term 

•  Capacitating institutions regarding the appropriate and integrated use of ITS as a tool to achieve positive transport outcomes
