Once in the

homepage of the

CSSI website, click

the ‘Enter Site’ tab

and then click

‘Enter Self Service‘

link under ‘SELF

SERVICE’ section

as indicated by the

red box in the

screenshot on the

right.

You can access self service via the

Corporate Shared Services India

(CSSI) website - https://

sharedservicesindia.csc.com/

Once you click on the above link, you

will be directed to the page displayed

on the right.

Enter your Global Pass user name

and password in the fields provided.

You will be connected to the ESS/

MSS portal page. Select the

‘Tasks and Status’ tab next to

“Manager Self Service” tab as

indicated in the screenshot on the

right.

This tab displays a list of open

requests that need your attention

and provides a summary of recent

and pending transactions. 

From the list of forms pending inyour ‘Tasks and Status’ tabdisplayed on the screen, selectthe form that you wish to approve

and double click on it.

To view the most recentdata, refresh this pageusing the ‘Refresh’option on the top rightcorner of the page.

MY TASKS: Displaysthe list of requests thatneed your inputs orintervention (i.e.,additional information)for the transaction toprogress to the nextstage of the approvalprocess.

You can view tasks

that are in different

stages of the approval

process using the

options provided in the

“Show” drop down.

Once you double click on the form, it will open for your review and for your approval/rejection. You need to re-

view all the details in the form, previous comments if any, and then proceed to approve/reject the form.

Once you review the form, click either on Approve or Reject as indicated in the screenshot below (circled in red).

If you need additional information to make a decision on whether to approve/reject the form, you can click on the

‘Back to Author’ option (circled in green below) after providing appropriate comments in the ‘Comments’ column,

to send the form back to employee.

CSC's OYTA/OYC loan program offers employees an opportunity to avail an interest-free loan to assist with pur-

chasing a new vehicle (two-wheeler or car) / a computer from an authorized dealer.

Employees may be required to deputed to other locations for period ranging from 0 to 6 months for certain short-

term projects.
