SINCE 1996With vast experience on the industry,acquired since 1996, Tucab has solidifiedits hability of innovation and of fulfillingthe needs of its costumers.

Relying on 11 production lines Tucab canoffer solutions in the manufacturing oftubes, profiles and seals in plastic liketubes for healthcare industry, filaments for3D printers, cords for curtains for doors,rigid and flexible tubes and profiles andcorrugated and spiral tubes.

INNOVATION
Tucab intends to continue to adopt newprocesses and production technologies andother sources of differentiation andinnovation thinking of the needs of itscustomers. Therefore it has a R&D teamdeveloping the entire process from thecustomer's view, the drawings, the tools,the raw materials, the production methodsto the packaging.
Tucab has also a “clean room”, a space withcontrolled environment in which thepressure of the inside air is higher than thepressure of the outside air, which allows theproduction of tubes for the healthcareindustry.

Environmental concern is part of the operating policy ofTucab, alert and made aware of the dangers that a pollutingattitude, especially at an industrial level, brings to society.With this in mind, all the wastage of Tucab is entirelyreintroduced into the production process in products thatallow it for its requirements and features.

SEALSSeals made of PVC, SEBS and TPE. With differenthardnesses apply to areas such as aluminum frames ofdoors and windows and advertising industry. They areproduced in different colors, according to customer’spreference.
